I have undertaken a search using ChatGPT to determine the number of C.aurus cases in the US. The search confirmed the number of cases in Europe as 1,346 in 2023; in the US the number for 2023 was 4,514.

If the FDA phase 3 trial is successful, it is to be hoped that the application Steriwave will be adopted as a matter of routine. The litigious nature of US society must surely reinforce its use.

The effectiveness of Steriwave against C. auris fungus is not new news.

"At ICPIC 2019, the Company presented its groundbreaking Steriwave photodisinfection technology, demonstrating a remarkable 99.9% (3 log) eradication of the C. auris fungus in just minutes."

I suggest the announcement is a timely reminder of the costs associated with C. auris fungus and the effectiveness of Steriwave prior to OBI's presentation at the forthcoming conference.

To me, it is just conservatism in the health sector together with a reluctance to implement change even when the benefits have been established.

3LB - The M&A possibility is an interesting subject. My limited experience of mergers/acquisitions is that, despite due diligence, they can deliver unexpected surprises , usually unwelcome ones. With the outstanding exploration risk at Ingomar, I suspect M/A possibilities could be some way off, but I am not concerned either way since I view HEX as a long term investment.

Re M&A activity; I think they will need to establish the scale of the resource South Dome and the associated production potential. There is also Ingomar; this is on the back burner whilst they focus on Rudyard and production.

Well this isn't what I expected, but it has presented an unexpected buying opportunity; topped up at 23.4.

· Inez #1 was perforated at a specifically chosen 55ft interval within the Lower Souris and Red River formation from 5,175ft-5,230ft.

· High grade helium assayed at 1.2% helium with the balance being primarily nitrogen.

· Flow rates established with Absolute Open Flow estimated at 1,157 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d) and a maximum surface pressure of the zone tested at 1,541 psi.

· Testing the lower zone provides valuable data on helium grade, pressures, porosity, and permeability across a distinct reservoir separate from the upper Souris River zones.

· The Inez#1 well brings the number of producing wells at the Rudyard project to four.

· The Company will look to perforate additional zones in the upper Souris River formation which has the potential to add to current flow rates.

Stas - My careless mistake. Sorry about that.

Points I noted from the recent presentation:

• Gas analysis results in the next 2 weeks

• He3 isotope possibility is only a “curiosity” for PLSR; they may send samples to a university for specialist analysis.

• The additional wells will be drilled at Topaz.

• Drilling to start at the end of Sep 2026 – the aim is to establish the size of the resource to update the modelling. Updates to following each drill. If successful, I would suggest they will be used as producers.

• OBJECTIVE – move Topaz to a development ready stage by mid 2026.

• Plant production and commissioning timescale 12 – 18 months (my understanding is that this period begins after mid 2026)

• New lease area is not adjacent to existing leases – starts 35km to the west and extends to 150km to the west.

• The geology supports the possibility of hydrogen generation, but PLSR will be focussed on helium.

• Air drilling is deemed appropriate; changes are being made to improve the outcome and the approach to cleaning the well-bore was considered effective.

• JS2 – PLSR are reviewing why there are issues regarding flow.

• There is currently a moratorium on gas production in Minnesota, but it is anticipated that this will be resolved before production

Overall, my view is that PLSR has significant potential, but production may not occur until Q1 2028. Even with regular and hopefully positive news over the next 12 months will it be sufficient to lift the SP? Since the prospect of production seems to be a long way off, will the spectre of further raises further dampen enthusiasm?
