Do these share buy backs ever result in a stronger sp and are they good for private investors? If there’s continued buying why isn’t the share price going up? I’ve watched similar buy backs on MOTR & PPB & nothing is happening, the share price does not seem to respond. Why don’t they give out a special dividend rather than a buy back so we have something tangible to see?

Looks a bit fishy to me. You would expect the miners, not just CEY, to be performing better than this seeing where gold is. It’s almost like someone knows gold is not going to break this level and be smacked back down again - as has been the case.

What makes you say this? People are constantly rewarded for failure and move on, especially in the public sector.
