How stable/unstable is West Africa?

I have heard two commentators say we are going to get a retest of $1380 before gold really takes off. I wonder if the miners are anticipating this?

Something doesn’t seem right with these precious metal miners, compared to where gold is, to my mind they’ve hardly moved.

To my mind silver has not responded in the way gold has? Compared to where gold is, shouldn't silver be a lot higher? I hear your call of silver exploding higher, but why hasn't it, when is it going to happen?

Not doubting what you say but if you look at a map of the UK & how it voted you'll see what I mean, although it does look like a few of the home (?) counties voted remain as well.

With London as an Island in the middle of a sea of English brexiteers. A divided country. I think an election has to be called. Whether both sides are willing to honour that result is another matter. The remainers certainly don't want to honour the Democratic vote of the referendum that's for sure - very woorying. And I'm tired of hearing that I didn't know what I was voting for when I voted leave. Enough of that please. That's an insult to 17 million people.
