AK247......I agree......Rolf now needs to put his side to.....BritNRG statement.....or look like he is .hiding something.....Rolf is on record......saying we presently have a significant minority interest in BritNRG.....Money.....by implication of going to court.....means both sides must have an interest in what happens to BritNRG......Reg

My take on BritNRG press release......BritNRG state.....MetalNRG have never......or going to own 50% of business.....Which implies to me.....MetalNRG holding in BritNRG would have been less than 50% on deal completion.....Therefore.....there are grounds to support Rolfs position...... that Rocco did have larger interest in BritNRG than previously thought.....Enough to give him majority control over business......Further....this may be the reason why MetalNRG are refusing to receive shares from BritNRG.....because it does not give them the ownership promised......Reg

.......judging by Rolf and David Palumbo interview yesterday......In my view.....this was always the MetalNRG plan.....Using the proceeds tp finance its Gold Ridge project.....and now....future Green annuity assets....Therefore .....the big .questions needing answering are..... agreed legal ownership of oil asset.....and what value our share in BritNRG venture is presently worth.....£8-20M......I speculate.....Mr Rocco over at BritEnergy.....whom has recently hired an asset manager......will arrange the finance to acquire MetalNRG interest in BritNRG.....when legal niceties are done and dusted.....Reg

RR.... good points my friend.....Lets look at the various scenarios that could play out a little closer.....Who is currently the biggest shareholder in BritEnergy?.....Its MetalNRG with 40-50%......followed by Mr Roco and his proxys with say 25%.....Therefore I would guess...... Mr Roco is reliant on the remaining 25% shareholders propping him up to retain control......In my view.....this position is not tenable long term.....Why?.....Mr Roco would find it increasingly difficult .... to buy them off and not appear self serving......His credibility as a businessman is also tarnished due to his dealings with MetalNRG.....Conclusion.....Mr Roco has to do a deal short term.....or risk tables being turned on him by his own side long term......Reg

Pete....I disagree about time frame ....The oil asset is what Rolf would use to bank roll existing and future projects.....There were £550k of CLNs redeemed between March and now......£450k used to acquire 50% of BritEnergy (My estimate).....This will never go to court .....because both parties intended to cash out next year......Therefore quick resolution is required......to allow this to happen.....Reg

Good morning all......At some point BritEnergy Ceo PR......by law would have to agree tp April 20th deal......This process ......could take a very long and expensive two years through the courts to complete.....and would ultimately go against PR.....who would risk paying legal costs and damages to MetalNRG.....My view is......this will never go to court .....therefore......a quick deal ie.....PR.BritEnergy shareholders receiving more cash......or sale of BritEnergy.....are the probable outcomes......Reasons.....both parties wanted to cash in next year.....falling oil price.....MetalNRG 4045% holding in BritEnergy (my estimate).....PR and RG reputations/credibility.....are under threat if this drags on.....Dyor.....Reg

Done a little research......15/1/21 BritNRG SPV deal completed......MetalNRG were to pay £450k in x3 Convertible loan note payments.....for 50% controlling interest in company...... 24/2/21. £240k value CLN were issued at 0.6p.....24/3/21. £85.5k value CLN were issued......20/8/21. £98k value CLN were issued.....6/10/21. £112k value CLN were issued at 0.45p......Total =£536k.....Conclusion looks like we may own 50% of BritNRG.....Its possible CLNs could be used to pay for other assets Eqtec eg......Positive Reg

.......investors have been led to think we own majority of BritNRG......?......The only reason Mr Rocco holding in BritEnergy iappears to be important now......seems to be a technicality.....because our board should have nailed the ownership issue from the start.....not pay for it later.....Reg
