Newbie......2p by Christmas is my sp prediction.....We had the last oil trading update.....September 1......Each Whisby well 4, 6 and possibly new producer 7 are capable of 100 BOO per day output.....So 150 min-300 max BOO per day are the production figures.....You do the maths at $84 per barrel Brent crude....MetalNRG Ceo Rolf Gerritson.....strikes me as a man who likes to deliver hard facts.....He knows his reputation/credibility would be on the line not to do so.....I personally like Rolf......Strong leader, good communicator......and asset manager......I buy into that.....lol Reg

Brig......my view is MetalNRG BritNRG unit .....has to be trading at a profit on 150 BOO per day production ......That the BritNRG Ceo PR.....has left MetalNRG board.....throws up a number of scenarios.....So big question here is why RG....isnt letting the market know. about current profitability which would surly drive up sp......or why PR has left the MetalNRG board so abruptly.....My take is either .....Oil production is not hitting 150 BOO per day.....or more probable..... we may be looking at a trade sale......at £30m....This would explain the conflict of interest between MetalNRG director PR and his position as CEO of BritNRG......Conclusion.....investors could be in for a nice surprise before Christmas.....Pundit Reg

.......with Brent crude trading at $85 BOO.....and minimum BritNRG output of 150 BOO per day.....I calculate we have something in the order £300k of revenues coming in per month.....£150k.....is attributable MetalNRG 50% share .....or £1.8m per annum.....Each Whisby producing well 4,6 and new producer 7 are capable of pumping out 100 BOO per day......On those stats.....MetalNRG revenues could top £3.6m per annum......Further.....MetalNRG Convertible loan note......value £450k.... used in part payment to acquire what is BritNRG.....of which 25% or £112.5k has already been converted into shares at 0.045p......leaving balance £337.5K.....after which MetalNRG shareholders will go from 53.5% presently..... to 65% ownership of target.....or £2.34m revenues per annum at 150 BOO.....better still at 300 BOO £4.78 per annum......Conclusion......after Rolf and his friends have loaded up ....above news will quadruple price over night.....Dyor....Reg

SuperWoofer......agreed......Analysis....the sudden departure of BritNRG Ceo PR......could be for a number of reasons;......he could have been head hunted by a rival for his oil expertise......BritNRG have been approached about a trade sale.....so his services are no longer required......Remember Lincolnshire on land oil assets could produce gas or be fracked.....or highly unlikely.....the oil asset is a duster......Probabilities tell me .....first or second scenarios.....Dyor Reg

Money.....there are many possibilities for Rocco resignation.....I hold the view.....BritNRG and its Lincolnshire on land oil assets are performing extremely well.....ahead of the planned listing next year.....But at the current oil price....a trade sale becomes ever more attractive in my view.....Rolf please give the market..... an update on oil production......Reg

......My take is......Mr Rocco......job would no longer exist if BritNRG were acquired......hence his resignation......I have no doubt BritNRG is trading well ahead of expectations......taking into account .....current oil price and the £1m balance sheet recievables figures in last months trading update.....Positive Reg

.......Heres my take......BritMRG is trading very profitably.....Therefore.....MetalNRG have decided.....to sell business to a trade buyer and not float it next year as planned......MetalNRG .....will be asking for offers north of £20m for business.....As a conscequence some of BritNRG management is not required.....going forward.....Reg

.......I think Rolf.....may .want more control over the BritNRG cash cow.....by buying out existing large holders.....Possibly increasing MetalNRG holding in BritNRGfrom 65% to 75%.....Good business in my view.....Reg
