Just a few thoughts going on yesterdays developments.....Why after being given more time by the Plaintiff....did BritNRG not deliver their Defence promptly in Court yesterday.....At the same time.... resort to Twitter to announce the allocation of 194 new shares in BritNRG to MetalNRG.....Then.... state they would contest a further allocation of 190 shares to MetalNRG.....and mount a vigorous defence...with counter claim.....Conclusion.....Defence have made proposals to Plaintiff.....the 194 shares are designed to be a sweetener.....to encourage an agreed out of court settlement....All the rest is bluster from Defence...Reg

.......first blood to MetalNRG .....the belated allocation of 194 shares = 12.36% of BritNRG equity is a win.....As for the 190 shares contested by the Defence....If CLNotes were redeemed.....then BritNRG by law would have to allocate them to MetalNRG.....bringing our holding in BritNRG to 24%.....Conclusion.....BritNRG look to be conceding ground....Reg

RR......good morning to you my friend......My assessment of current situation we find ourselves in ......We have major investors and directors currently holding 30% of MetalNRG stock.....Therefore I cant see company delisting anytime soon.....I estimate we presently own between 10-25% of BritEnergy.....Value at current oil price At $93 BOO....possibly £7.5m....Other fund raising options open to us.....could be to sell down our .....Eqtec....Gold Ridge investments.....Gold Ridge on the back of Geo sampling data results due Q2.....Conclusion....Court case.....Defendants need to respond in law to Plaintiffs dispute within 20 days.....If this is going to be drawn out....Plaintiff standard response .....denies Defendants allegations....demands strict proof thereof.....Meaning Defendant has to provide evidence .....or if this is going to be resolved quickly....before the 20 days are up.....negotiate an out of court settlement.....We will see....Early positive indecator of positive outcome would be strong director buying.....Hopeful Reg

Summary according to MetalNRG.....On 25/10/21. Gabriel resigned from MetalNRG board and his service contact terminated..... We are acknowledged by JV as shareholders.....MetalNRG have started court proceedings against Defendants.....Dispute.....Between 19-24/5/21 MetalNRG paid £1.2m to Gabriel LLP but not received shares in return.....Meanwhile it has come to light Gabriel partner secretly held shares in LLP.....possibly voting shares.....which has according to MetalNRG voided deal.....Gabriel LLP has not yet filed a defence......Conclusion.....there will be an out of court settlement......because both parties want to keep their reputations intact.....and cash in .....Straight talkin Reg

Money......totally agree with what you say......This will come good in time ....Simply because of the sectors we are invested in.....Oil, Gold, Uranium and Green....I must add....current Macro backdrop is hurting sentiment ......Inflation.....Tech sell off......War.....Tory leadership etc.....
