Good morning Pete.....The big question is.....what is making proceedings drag on?.....Does the Judge require further written evidence..... taking his time writing up his verdict.....or giving both parties.....the necessary time/space to come to an out of court settlement.....Can you imagine what would happen to BritNRG credibility if they were to lose the case.....ie its management.....raiseing capital.....or trying to sell/float business.....Trust is the word.....Reg

Pete/Cebo.....we all know deals are brokered at the very last minute .....The cloak of silence from both parties is deafening .....I agree with Pete we should have had a decision on Friday.....So where does this leave us?.....Here may lay the clue.....Rolf said in his most recent Stockbox interview regarding BritNRG case......I quote.....We are robust in our stance.....but are open to any constructive implementable propositions .....that may come forward.....Could we be looking at an out of court settlement.....brokered over the weekend.....This would be interesting...... if both parties agree to a trade sale of BritNRG in advance....even if MetalNRG were the junior partner with 34-49%.....Deal could be worth £8-14m to MetalNRG......Reg

Pete......we know Rolf was at the hearing yesterday.....Therefore.....Judges summing up/decision must be today.....There is a slim possibly of deferment of case to later date......or arbitration to find amicable solution for both parties.....On balance of probabilities.....I would guess the Plaintiff MetalNRG will receive a positive decision from Judge today.....with RNS following soon after.....Reg

Good Morning Folks ......How I read last fortnights events.....£5k sells.....are part of £200k CLNs being sold to fund litigation....The discounted 56k fund raise....is for Rolf and his friends.....a sure sign good news is coming......Interview highlights.....BritNRG....Rolf is open to out of court settlement with Rocco......Gold Ridge.....company will bring in partner to buy into project.....EQTEC.....if MetalNRG can demonstrate recommissioned Italian Gasification plant can be sold on profitably by Q1 2023.....then £20-40m debt finance will be available for similar EQTEC projects....Conclusion..... this company is not going out of business.....and could be a multi bagger.....Strong buy Reg

RR......I wonder what 26.66% share of a recommissioned £12m plant is worth.....= £3.2m +...... MetalNRG have plans to replicate similar plant SPACs in partnership with EQTEC.....maybe financed with our £20-40 loan facility...... lol Reg
