RR.....of course Im hoping for the best.....Some thoughts;.....Summary Judgement date for 22/9 was granted on 1/8.....while RNS about this was not announced until a week later on 8/8.....This delay could suggest some horse trading going on in the background.....Meanwhile..... we have heard rumors..... of Defendant offering MetalNRG 36% equity in BritNRG.....if investors vote to stop legal proceedings.....Therefore....this begs the question....what length would the Defendant go to to stop the Summary Judgement.....Conclusion.....anything could happen here.....A last ditch Takeover cannot be ruled out....Possibly at 0.75-1p.....Im now off for a Greggs.....Reg

Hi Folks.....I believe the worst is finally over for MetalNRG.....with BritNRG Summary Judgement date set for September 22......Mondays RNS..... to me was a green light to buy more stock.....which I duly did at 12.23 this afternoon.....Going forward.....I see more positive news out of Gold Ridge.....now that Geo sampling is complete.....and our £20-40m debt facility primed...... to restructure EQTEC....to become the Unicorn it should be......Strong buy Reg

Mooching or could it be Rolf for all I know.....Just a joke!.....Going by Shell/BP recent steller results.....and our five Directors fat salaries for zilch shareholder return.....I take the view..... investors have been well and truly mugged.......I invested £35k in this mess......only to be deprived of £200k upside because of Director Greed and failure to deliver on what was promised......A life changing opportunity missed......With Rolf taking £300k salary out of the till.....his meager company shareholding pales into insignificance.....Going forward.....well I believe BritNRG Summary Judgement will go in our favor.....We may receive £1-3m damages.....Gold Ridge.....Jorc/JV.....could add significant value......Eqtec.....is being diluted into oblivion.....I like the IP a lot ......but company .desperately needs larger partner to finance roll out......Maybe if Rolf were clever/bold enough with our £20-£40m debt facility.... we could restructure Eqtec.....and turn it into a Unicorn.....Best of luck to all holders.....Reg

Thankfully large investors have let Rolf and his fellow directors know..... shareholder value should be their mantra......Lord..... I could have made a better job of being Ceo....investing the £3m in property on 10% of Rolfs pay.....and made a better return......Come on Rolf we want results......Reg

Sheriff.....Plaintiff was not a good leaver......says to me.....Sheriff believes.....Plaintiff broke his contract of employment......therefore was not entitled to any compensation/indemnity towards legal costs.....Conclusion.....this ruling/ president bods well for Rolf and MetalNRG.....Positive Reg

RR.... I will explain.....Its likely our largest investors already know whats happened at BritNRG......So in my view.....their current support of Rolf is telling.....This does not necessarily mean they will ratify all his demands at AGM.....Like you say.....Turkeys voting for Christmas......Reg

They presently....are backing his vision for company and a not change of leadership.....So one must assume they are in the know or at least agree with..... Rolfs salary.....share dilution.....and expensive court case......Read between the lines.....Reg

I personally will wait for the summary judgement.....Hear what Rolf has to say.....His plans to move company forward......Then form a view......I am not pleased with Rolf paying himself £300k salary.....when issuing £200k CLN to pay for legal costs.....and certainly not happy at the way BritNRG deal was sold to investors last year..... A £20-30m oil and gas business....which MetalNRG investors were meant to own a controlling 51% share......So disapointing.....Honest Reg

BG.....the most likely reasons......for not pursuing Defendant for technical reasons is.....its not a high enough priority or profitable avenue for Plaintiff to take.....Indeed....MetalNRG prime objective is.....to annul April 2021 agreement.....and recovery of monies from BritNRG.....Legal Eagle Reg

......Rolf appears to have the upper hand in legal proceedings......filing for a Summary Judgement......We should know Judges decision by AGM.....Therefore to stop this.....Rocco has little option..... but to appeal directly to shareholders......to replace the MetalNRG directors and put himself on the board.....Conclusion.....Rolf needs to create some real value for shareholders.....or risk being replaced be someone who can......Best of luck to all holders......Reg
