Good morning folks....End game......MetalNRG have filed for a summary judgement on.....three counts.....LLP defense....or lack of.....Annul April 2021 agreement.....and recovery of £1.02m + legal costs......This judgement.....will narrow issues against Rocco.....to his dismissal from MetalNRG board.....Interesting its alleged.....at time of 2021 April agreement.....Rocco and companies connected to him owned 70% of LLP......MetalNRG presently have 12% holding in LLP.....this may increase to 24%.....if Credit lone notes have been redeemed.....Positive Reg

Some thoughts going forward......Rolf and MetalNRG board asset sellection has been excellent so far.....In my view....well ahead of the curve ie.....Oil....Gold....Uranium.....Green....are all up in price.....The oil asset alone.....if all had gone to plan....would have MetalNRG trading at 5p presently.....but Governance issues have muddied the outlook there.....Hopefully matters will be resolved soon.....There is a £200k Convertible Loan note to be redeemed to pay for MetalNRG vs BritNRG oil asset legal costs.....Gold asset.....100% owned Gold Ridge mine Arizona.....comprises x3 previous Gold mines.....covering area of 7 kilometers.....in 2006 when operated by Dodge Phelps this asset was valued at $20m.....Therefore..... finding two more additional untapped veins is exciting.....with only 60% of Geo sampling completed.....Gold price is up considerably this year from £1300 to 1500 per ounce......America Arizona ....is a safe place to mine.....Governance....licenses.....road network.....power supply are established/excellent.....Unlike parts of Africa eg.....Good luck to all holders.....Reg

MM.....what this does explain to us.....is the reason why MetalNRG released their bad news/results early......With only 60% of Geo Sampling results in......We now Know......historical mining area vein mineralization continues north to where drilling occurred......So untapped.....Also new significant anomalies were found 1 kilometer west of Dives Mine....untapped.....In my view.Exciting....MetalNRG Gold Ridge asset covers 7 Kilometers.....MetalNRG are an asset manager..... So will aim to bring in partners with the relevant skills to either develop or sell asset.....Conclusion....with more good news to come next week from Gold Ridge.....MetalNRG future now looks promising.....Bullish Reg

Looks to me....MetalNRG gave BritNRG the necessary extention time to come to an out of court settlement.....but BritNRG could not accept the terms......hence a very late defence filing.....Now Plaintiff has to provide evidence thereof to Defence arguments......Honest Reg
