......Cinnabar is the jewel in the crown for Mosman with (75%Mgt control).....eclipsing all net production elsewhere by some margin......With Stanley and Winters producers back on line.....IMO now is the time to divest none core assets and focus Mgt. time/capital resources on Cinnabar.....With the prospect ....of a doubling of Cinnabar oil reserves from 1m to 2m Boo in 2 weeks....I have a price target 14p.....Reg

Lets have a 30 day C1 production average figure of 150 bop/d.....Upgrade of Cinnabar proven reserves from 1m to 1.5m.....G1 producing 50-100 bop/d.....This would increase sp to 14p.....Reg

Correction.....C1.... Wilcox reservoir perforated to depth 9060/9110f.....so 60f cavity reservoir oil/gas potential.....I believe C1 production figures are over 135 bop/d presently.....Sweaty....totally agree with your assessment.....lol Reg

.......Cinnabar 1 well initial eight day oil production average figures......from 28 Dec. to 6 Jan.... totaled 1000 boo...divided by 8.= 125 bop/d.....IMO this average was surpassed by the 15th Jan.....I calculate the following 7 day production average to be in excess 135 bop/d.....going by Mosman 15 day bop/d 128 figures.....We have two strikes at Cinnabar 1.....both with 10f depth.....cavity/reservoir potential.....Existing capped Arco G1 G2 well produced significant oil and gas from 1980s....These wells are drilled to a depth 1000f.....G1 is at 900f depth.....shallower by comparison.....At G1 G2..... we may have to go deeper.....or use gas to draw up the the Wilcox reservoir oil.....Cinnabar reserve update 2 weeks....Reg

IMO.....production at Cinnabar 1 from 29 Dec....is coming along nicely.....with 128 Bop/d average produced over last 15 days.....I would like Mosman to update the market with 31 day average figure.....to see if production is increasing at Cinnabar.....Cinnabar G1 makeover is next.....a progress update would be nice.....Increased Cinnabar reserves update from 1m boo to 1.5m......and selling down none core assets.....would all be share accretive.....This is my want list from Mosman.....Reg

DG has the right business model IMO.....Good for company growth and attractive to investors/share price.....If Cinnabar 1 can hit 200 bop/d.....and the 2 workovers produce solidly.....with a good reserve update.....We may not need to raise as much cash for a new well in May.....and be able to do so at a much higher share price.....Win win for everyone..... Any idea what the historical daily production was at the two dormant wells.....Its my view .....Cinnabar is core company asset.....and retaining 75% management control is paramount.....Other Mosman assets should be sold down to secure the bigger prize at Cinnabar.....Reg

Ford.....how I arrive at the 200 per day figure....From 29th Dec. we had according to Mosman an average 128 oil 30 gas pay day production......My guess is.....output would have started lower and later increased......say from 50 Boo/d to the 200 presently.....Reg

.......@200 boe/d Cinnabar 1 production per annum.....@ $80 = $5.4m gross.....-25%=$4.05m gross.....-25% cost of sales/tax....I estimate net cash back to be $60 bop/d.....Therefore.....Mosmans net profit per annum =$3.4m or £2.75m....My view is Mosman are being overly pessimistic on current/projected revenue.....Cinnabar 1 gas production from 29 Dec. is not currently being used to power another well eg.....Its my view.... the company can well afford G1 workover possibly G2....from existing resources.....Why would BOD want to raise more cash.....I would speculate to pay themselves higher salary on booming profits.....Indeed can I remind the board.....they are their to provide shareholder value foremost..... Totally agree Mosman should sell assets to fund future Cinnabar development.....This asset is core.....Farm in sounds a good proposition if asset sales dont come off.....but management control over asset does matter......IMO either means to fund Cinnabar development will increase sp......by taking away the present funding avenue uncertainty.....C1 production reaching 200 boe/d.....and higher reserves would also help.....to attract the necessary investment.....Reg

......shareholders have backed your Cinnabar investment.....with positive results.....Now is the time to reward investors by creating real shareholder value.....This means business should be self funding.....Reg
