The judge will be relying on the bundles submitted in advance, and the hearing is a chance to clarify points. However, it is very unlikely we'll get a decision today. The decision be given in writing, with reasons, at a later date.

I've just booked a long weekend away in North Yorkshire at the end of April (I'm going to get fitted at Alt-Berg). It'll be the first time away from home for over 6 months (our Christmas trip got cancelled). Just the two of us and the dog, in a posh shepherd's hut on a farm.

That's an update of a previously issued framework notice (issued in November last year). The change is the value of the framework has gone up from £15bn to £20bn.

You are correct. It's going to have relatively limited scope, as it requires a specialist equipment, a power sources, trained operators and can't be used at home. It'll probably end up primarily being used in the transport and entertainment sector.

It's certainly not going to displace LFTs.
