Declining revenue for 3 years is exactly the point. At some point there will be no revenue remaining! Appreciate I sound like a stuck record but until S4 demonstrate organic growth or at lease stop losing revenue it'll continue to have days like today. Run S4, I agree with that sentiment.

SMS may be great deal maker but based on his S4 share purchases he is a poor investor. Also the fact he did not sell his WPP stock on leaving or shortly thereafter has cost him a fortune. I always found it strange he would be constantly critical of WPP and yet he kept holding.

Nothing is going to help here other than revenue stabilising or increasing. Everything else is irrelevant. If YoY my income keeps falling then no matter my confidence in my "mid to long term outlook or 'business model" my bank manger isn't going to give me the time of day.

My thoughts are Eco will swap shares for a bigger stake in JHI or alternatively swap their share is JHI plus Eco shares for a % WI in the block. This would allow the JHI owners to stay in the block for longer term gain and exposure to Eco's upside in the other assets. Win for both parties this way and no cash out or massive dilution for Eco to acquire all of JHI.

As an aside I think WTE is massively overvalued with Canje gone. You can do the maths but market cap is c £7m, Eco element is worth 1.5m so 6m implied value makes JHI worth 100m. I don't think so!

Or put another way, 1% of the company changed hands this morning and the price is basically flat says there are large buyers out and about.

Over 3m shares traded before lunch! The SETS move has transformed trading in ECO, one only has to look at the AT trades to see institutions are now active. The fact that the price hasn't dropped on such volume says to me any selling is being mopped up by institutional buyers.

Eco has joined the big boys club!

Their holding is probably less than some on here.

Interesting to see AT's starting to appear and all in buy mode. The SETS move is having an effect. I would guess these are institutional buyers mopping up bored PI's selling their small holdings. SP seems coiled for news.

C500k waiting on the book at 40p. I think it will take news to break through it.

Id imagine this is their new broker saying you need to provide bigger investors (either the new ones or ones to come) a platform the allows them to trade multiple x todays EMS at a tighter spread. Look at the big buys over recent weeks that have had to be traded at prices way above mid market level. If you want to trade big volume you have to pay above the rate and they won't like this.

They are preparing for more trading and more volume.

I think it's interesting that Gil who would usually be using this event to speak or be up to some other PR activity around it is silent. Make of it what you will but it says to me when you are in a negotiation or drawing up contracts you want to keep a low profile.

Why does a small un-profitable 150m market cap company need an office and headcount in Egypt ffs. I really wonder if anyone is looking at the marginal contribution of the offices people and clients or whether its simply delusions of grandeur and a CEO who is still living his previous life as CEO of a large mega cap profitable company.

I'd be more comforted if I were reading Monks closes x offices and lays off x people as it would tell me that he was focusing on his margin. When the revenue keeps falling there is really no need for these add on costs unless it brings profitable clients and <1 year payback.
