Yep MH01, SAB and Jamesp21 - you’re all absolutely right that some on here are forever whinging and when taken to task (as I did with a certain poster last week) in pointing out their inaccuracies, disrespect to our CEO and general negativity, it was me who got attacked. So be it, I will always call out what I perceive as all of the above and if it means that they divert to attacking me, then it’s less time for them to attack Shaun - unbelievable some of them!! We all will have the last laugh when GGP shoots out the lights, which I genuinely believe we will - VGLA true Greatlanders!!!

Great post Ponie and I think you are spot on - who would want to be short on this when there is so much news to flow shortly. I would love to do my part to see if I can hoover up some more shares to make life even tougher on the shorters - let them have it tough for a change!!

Nice 5.55% up for the day finish and as posted earlier 4.3m wiped off the shorters - very happy if this is the future trend.

You have taken offence to me because I showed up the quality of your DM to Shaun. I took offence to your DM’s to Shaun, not you, for the main reasons that they were disrespectful and derisory. Shaun on the other hand showed his class by responding to you in a respectful manner. Perhaps the older we get, it is easy to forget manners, standards and how to construct posts/DM’s - anyway, I will race you to the green bin.

Whilst I have been highly critical of your DM’s to Shaun for all the reasons that I documented, at no point was I abusive to you and I also went to great lengths to ask others not to use my posts as a springboard to start an attack against you. To attach the reference to turd to me is highly offensive and I deserve an apology.

You accuse me of having no clue about investing but I’m afraid it is you Tig who has shown incredible naivety in how you construct messages to our CEO. As I pointed out you basically insulted him and questioned his ethics and moral standards. Wake up and smell the coffee - this has never been how to handle Board Room Executives, but perhaps I’ve given you too much credit to expect you to have ever been part of a Board Room. I will not be corresponding with you again as we are from different ends of the spectrum - thank God!!

Had that been the case then I wouldn’t have taken you to task over your DM to Shaun, but unless you have a poor grasp of the English language then your DM is far from a simple request for clarification. It is full of inaccuracies, half truths and at worse an assault on our CEO as to his ethics and moral standards - all highly emotive as a ploy for you to try to procure a response from Shaun for your own selfish concerns. This is not the first time that you have portrayed yourself as a spokesperson for GGP PI’s and nor is it the first time that you have sent Shaun a poorly conceived DM that borders on insulting. Tell me Tig, if Shaun resigned tomorrow because he was fed up of trying his hardest to do the right thing and communicate more than most CEO’s do, only to receive accusations from the likes of you, how would you feel then? Vindicated or even more concerned as our SP spirals further down? At least be man enough to admit your DM was over the top or badly written (or both) and send Shaun a DM explaining what you were actually trying to achieve. Don’t simply assuage yourself that “all am I asking GGP for is clarity” when your DM was far far more than that. If I was Shaun I would be spitting feathers that a shareholder can unfairly cast such aspersions for all to read and in my position as CEO I have no real right of reply.

Hi SAS - I binned Lofty ages ago - it’s a delight not having to read negativity as my day is better for it. I don’t put Tig in the bin category but I do get frustrated by his poorly constructed dm’s to Shaun (he needs a scriptwriter!!) - I can only guess the drip down of the SP is getting to him. VGLA true Greatlanders!!!

Sorry Tig but I dislike your email to Shaun for the following reasons: -

- this is factually incorrect. As soon as the leak broke that GGP were involved in a fund raise, Shaun issued an RNS stating GGP were not fund raising but were merely keeping all options on the table (as any good BoD should do). To accuse our CEO of hanging us out to dry is disrespectful, inaccurate and pure tosh. The man is more likely working his tail off to get the very best results that he can for a Company that was in quite an infrastructural mess when he took over (the SP was already declining fast and he had masses to resolve before the SP will catch up with the building blocks he has now put into place imho).

- this statement is naive beyond words imho. How many CEO’s have you come across that have attended as many TH’s, Webcasts, RNS’s and even Liam’s Podcasts in order to keep communication levels high with PI’s based in the UK, despite him being based in Oz?

Personally, I would be embarrassed to send such an ill thought out email to Shaun as it is inaccurate, insensitive and puerile and mainly because you don’t like the SP going down. This is all imho and I don’t wish for anyone to add to this as I am not seeking “gang warfare” against you Tig. Personally, I just don’t think you should be invested in an Aim Company if you are as nervous about performance as you clearly seem to be, but to level false accusations against our CEO is in my view unwarranted. I wish you well and thank you for at least qualifying who it is that you feel you are speaking on behalf of in approaching Shaun - but it is not me, nor likely to be with this naivety. Sorry, but that’s how I feel - I would ask others NOT to see this as a “bandwagon” to jump on as I have nothing against Tig per se - just how and what he writes in dm’s to Shaun. Red.

Great post Dip and great link attached proving there were others who seriously investigated what Cornford was saying about GGP. When assessing his views of GGP back in Aug 2022 it was commented that his favourite stock was SOLG which at that time had declined to 22.5p - well here we are now and SOLG is 15.92p so if Cornford is a self proclaimed “master investor” he’s not faring so well is he. His inaccuracies and lack of depth of knowledge in GGP to my mind means he’s out to scaremonger one of the biggest competitors to SOLG and personally I give it no credence whatsoever. Everyone must choose who/what they wish to believe according to their own research. I’m in GGP for the time we finally convert from junior explorer to full blown miner/explorer with a multi-billion asset in production - let’s see what the GGP SP is then - VGLA

Please don’t reply to his very poor attempts at being a Fudster - we’ve cleared much better than this one off our Board, but meanwhile please starve him of oxygen/attention and just ignore - he will disappear soon enough!!
