With you every step of the way Speedie - I didn’t invest all those years ago for a modest profit - GGP is for me, the good lady, our son and our grandchildren - 20p was never the goal and nor should it be with what we have at Havieron, other 100% owned tenements and our hugely experienced and talented BoD plus Wyloo in our corner and 3 major Banks on our side - am I missing something??!! Spot on MH - Freddie is an absolute disgrace who really ought to be taught some manners. The best anyone can do to show support to Liam is to greenbin Freddie and never respond to his posts ever again - why shouldn’t we? What does he add other than disrespect, fud and unresearched tripe imho!! He’s in my greenbin and has been for ages, I recommend the same to all. Liam - I hope you know the vast majority here can see what work you put in for this Board and I am sure are as grateful as I am. Just ignore Freddie imho!!!

Congratulations Liam on another fabulous interview and thanks to Dip for the transcript. People who take your selfless efforts to then whinge and moan should be ashamed of themselves imho - this Board is quite unique in the number of highly competent and educated posters who use their own time and research to assist all the rest of this LSE Board. Huge thank you from me and without the likes of you Liam, Dip, Bamps and others I could name, we would be very much more in the dark as to what is going on with GGP.

Redbeard I don’t have a problem with you per se - my take is that CEO’s have a responsibility to shareholders but to achieve their position they have to be all over the sector detail, acquired acumen, experience and strategy and therefore must be trusted to take the right paths/decisions (failure to do so normally leads to their exit). Hickory as you say is our best investment and surely Ashley knows this and will therefore HAVE to execute the best result he can for us shareholders, OR be held to account for not. At some point shareholders have to rely on the CEO/BoD to do the job they are appointed to do, or we vote them out, or we invest elsewhere where presumably there is better faith in the CEO/BoD in carrying out their responsibilities. If Hickory flows commercially I can still see the SP hitting 10p plus despite your concerns around our 50 day operation - the key is flowing, the rest will fall into place imho. Good luck to us all.

Thanks Boom - truth is none of us know for sure but the majority who come on here to speculate (often uninvested as well) are all too quick to post negatively and who’s to say you’re wrong and they’re right - they are often unresearched, not been on here long enough to understand or care what 88E has and just troll for the sake of it. Much prefer to read your musings than those who post negatively just because they can. Thanks. Personally, if Hickory comes in for us plus the other new reservoirs found then this could be 10p plus imho - good luck true 88ers!!

Redbeard - I’m not out looking to make an enemy - open debate is fine and some come at it citing the negativities (which is easy) and some come to troll (which again is easy). My angle is that if Hickory flows commercially I feel the SP will step up to a new platform. Then it’s up to Ashley and his BoD to get the best result they can for shareholders. Oh how I wish we still had the input from Paul Basinski but it is what it is and maybe Ashley is more astute than people think? Good luck to all of us.

My point Redbeard is the platform for growth in the SP which will make it a more respectable price than it currently is and then Ashley can work out which route to take us.

Glass half empty or glass half full Redbeard? It’s always easy to knock 88E for what has happened in the past (some bad luck experienced as well) but I agree with Phron that things could be different this time and without debt and with Texan income on the increase, if Hickory1 flows commercially then 88E has a real platform for some true growth in the SP imho.
