Thanks for responding Tom - unfortunately you just gave out a mixed message that is all - we can all do it from time to time. Tinners whether innocent or guilty came across as being like loads of others who have come onto this Board out of nowhere and then start telling everyone where they are going wrong, the SP is going down etc etc. I don’t wish him or anyone any ill will but called it as I saw it - he said he was a friend of yours and you said he wasn’t, so he was lying to gain an advantage. End of as far as I’m concerned and if he’s sold out, why then did he come onto the Board if not to disrupt. We’re good - I hope.

Hi SAS - must admit that Tom had me a little confused as one minute he was saying nothing to do with me and the next he was supporting him to the hilt - bit unexpected for what would have been a newbie and we all know they pop up out of the blue and rarely have anything good to say. I always state my case and then greenbin so as not to get into protracted spats with them. Sometimes I get it wrong and take them out of the greenbin if I detect from other Lthers that maybe they are not so bad.

I take it Tinners is still going strong - I’ve greenbinned him as promised as I don’t need negativity in my life. If he’s sold and done well why is he still on here?

I’m with you on this Phron (your posts at 9.20 and 9.34 this morning). It’s good to see we have a CEO who is thinking big and unafraid to extend our reach to make money for shareholders. This next 6-18 months could be very very good for 88ers imho!!

Sharket - I know the Banks have a bad rep but I worked for HSBC so know the processes they used to apply before committing any of their money to potential ventures - none of them like to support hopeless causes is the point I am making.

I agree JKW and said the same myself. You can add into that the full support of 3 major Banks (HSBC and the like). Banks are not given (allowed by their bosses) to support mere whims - they go on facts, evidence and assessment of all key factors. No chance to hoodwink or just sweet talk them (much like the Directors you mention) - so I too see all the positives this represents. VGLA Greatlanders.

Just thought you might reply with an explanation - anyone who has experienced viruses in their computer will attest to it being very dramatic if not traumatising - that’s how I had the sense not to be drawn in even though it was late at night. Your response tells me loads about you so you’re right - you’re filtered.

Didn’t see you reply to my close shave last night when I opened up your attached link on your post last night HopefullyGold? It took me straight to a scam asking me to press a button or else the viruses it said it had detected would corrupt my iMac for good. Needless to say I didn’t press the button that it gave me a countdown clock to press, so forgive me for not opening any other links you may send until I get qualified confirmation that it is safe to do so.

And the beauty of that Ace is that if they agree that they would be mad to walk away from Hav in the next 12 months, then we will have hit the first ore by then which surely will have seen the FS and DTM forthcoming - all hugely beneficial to our SP imho!! Then a self-perpetuating success story is underway - AIMHO of course!!

Hi Ace - nothing wrong with “out of the box” as long as the ideas offer a positive outcome. Just felt that Rotherby hadn’t thought through that this could have hang-tied our CEO/BoD - nice of him to apologise for the oversight so no damage done 🤞🤞

Sorry Rotherby - this is not the best idea you have ever come up with. We know that there could most likely be very serious negotiations required until Newmont fully show their commitment to Havieron. To vote in a way “to test our strength as PI’s” that could tie the hands or impede the success of our Board could be hugely counterproductive imho. For now I believe that we should back Shaun and our BoD to the hilt, to allow them every freedom they need to secure the best result for GGP Shareholders. They have done nothing to suggest that they are not working their tails off for our benefit and now (in particular) is not the time to be testing out theories. Of course everyone should vote how they feel, but I’ve just voted FOR on every item on HL ( go on to the HL website, not the app and then click on Shareholder Meetings and it will take you to the Voting Form where all 10 items are listed) and I hope we all do the same. We are entering the phase where our CEO and BoD will prove their mettle (or not) for GGPers - go on Shaun, get us the results we want in 2024!!!
