EEENF finished up at $0.39 last night which is the equivalent of 0.31p in the UK - after the dust settles on both sides of the Atlantic I don’t see our SP staying this low in comparison.

At least we both owned up to missing Page 2 Gman - but yes you’re right capital raising could be via loans (debt raising) and not necessarily by issuing more shares (dilution) but I guess we’ve become accustomed to 88E always going for the latter. The chink of light this time maybe to do with Burgundy defaulting and gifting us 100% of Hickory. Fingers crossed that we get some good news for a change in readiness for even better news when the flow tests take place - my glass is always half full and why not!!

Guzzler - I attached the official announcement to my post and it does NOT mention capital raising at all, it stops after stating a trading halt pending an announcement. Why are you adding words that are NOT there??

It may be that the announcement will be regarding a capital raise but NOT on the official announcement I posted so how do you know more than the rest of us???

Anyone notice 89.5m Buys vs less than 0.5m Sells on LSE today - I know they won’t all be accurate but with Trading Halt just being announced on ASX could there be some decent news about to drop?? 🤞🤞

Thanks for the responses so far. CP I’m not suggesting Shaun might be trying to get one over Newmont. I’m merely surmising that because Newcrest (now Newmont) avoided producing the Revised MRE, Shaun finds himself in the position of GGP having to. As we know it is independently verified and Shaun has already said he will be submitting it to Newmont for approval as JV Partner. However, I feel also sure that whilst everyone (in the mining world) can have an opinion of how much is down there at Hav, it is Shaun who will be consolidating all of it into fact. My point is that he must surely want to include every single piece of data, leaving no stone unturned to max out on the Revised MRE with what is years of data and NOT leave anything out. 🤞we now catapult forward!!

Been thinking a lot about what Shaun is going to do with the revised MRE. Will he talk it down (in case he needs to purchase 70%) or will he talk it up (to maximise the 30% that Newmont may want to buy) or does he go middle ground (on the basis it does not matter because the JV is being retained). The more I think about it, the more I am convinced he has to squeeze every last bit of value out of the Revised MRE as he needs either an “eye watering” offer from Newmont for our 30% OR he needs them to see the sense in NOT divesting. He runs the risk that Newmont still divests and it costs us more to buy their 70% but maybe a Rio Tinto or Wyloo steps in to assist with the 70% and surely they would be more incentivised to do so if they see a glowing Revised MRE. Not sure what others think but I feel Shaun has to get the Revised MRE accounting for every last drop of value he can, which should be good for our SP, but because it would not serve him to do otherwise. Thoughts appreciated.

Hi Trippy/Ace - it gets my goat that somebody enrols onto LSE on the 17th November then comes onto our Board (or any Board for that matter) to bad mouth it and pretend they know what is going on. They undoubtedly have zero knowledge and zero research behind them and are just here to disrupt. So congratulations ISAIDITBEFORE you are straight into the greenbin without touching the sides along with all other lowlifes who operate like you do - sad, sad individual but now gone!!! Pfffttt!!!

That first quote you posted SuePud may start as a Twitter/X post today, but it is a straight lift from a Mining Review item that was written on 7th November. That makes it over a week old and I venture to say that Tom Palmer has spoken much more favourably about Telfer/Hav since then. Chronology is crucial when everything moves so fast in terms of comments developing from the Newmont and GGP relationship - thanks for showing/adding your terms of reference.
