Well said James - sorry but I binned Tig ages ago as his own anxiety is clouding his judgement imho. I wish him no ill but his constant negativities against GGP, Shaun, the BoD and now shareholders is simply draining, all because he believes a revised MRE should be issued to raise the SP for him!! Selfish and complete madness as firstly it may not raise the SP as high as he thinks it will (what will he moan about then) and secondly this is a massive game of chess between Shaun and his BoD (expected to be the minnows) versus Newmont and Newcrest (the giants). Either you trust Shaun and his BoD to do the best for GGP and its shareholders, or you seek to back seat drive like Tig does. I wish he would just give up as I cannot see anyone (other than the likes of Freddie and Dobbs) supporting anything he says. Glad I greenbinned him.

So CP what if Shaun and his BoD decide to time the release of the MRE until NEM have announced which opportunities they are developing and which they are divesting - isn’t that a tactic?

Hey Ace - truth is Southend is a hell of a trek from where I live so I would definitely need to stay overnight and November/December are notoriously busy for me and the good lady with numerous family commitments leading up to Xmas. That said, please let me know and if I can genuinely fit in an overnighter in Southend, I will. Cheers Red.

Hey Tom - don’t beat yourself up about Toffers - I have seen much worse posted about him/her and whilst I filtered Toffers ages ago so do not read any of their negativity, I’m sure it is true that all of us have our trials and tribulations to go through and whilst some are always viewed as worse than others, sometimes the most unexpected tragedies hit those who say nothing about them. What I do believe is that whatever negativities we suffer, does not mean we have to take it out on (innocent or unrelated) others. So for someone to try to take down GGP and all their shareholders through constant negative postings just because they are going through tough times in their personal life, does not seem right or fair to me - there are people on this Board that are truly affected by negative posts and do not deserve to be imho. That’s why I (and others) call out those who state inaccuracies, falsehoods, negativities and general unnerving comments just because they are either blaming others because their investments have gone down, or because they just want to vent. Believe it or not, but I wish nobody any ill will, I would much prefer that we ALL do well from GGP - but I will not stay silent when I see deliberate negativity or deramping. I wish all true Greatlanders well.

…..if anyone thinks that it is just GGP going through this hellish period, then think again. I used to envy why SOLG’s SP always seemed to hold fairly steady whilst ours kept tumbling since Jan 2021. But taking a closer look, SOLG’s SP was at 41p at the end of March 2021 and today is struggling to stay above 10p - we are definitely not alone in how the markets are treating us and I’m sure there are countless other shares where the same thing applies. So please take some succour from this fact alone and let’s try not to turn on Shaun and his BoD (or each other) and realise that all this (crap) too WILL change!!! VGLA true Greatlanders.

Agree entirely EAW - best post I’ve seen for ages - none of the fundamentals have disappeared, they have only strengthened. That WILL come to fruition at some point soon imho!!!

Hi Zoros - I binned Tig ages ago as sadly his mantra is purely based around his own selfish needs and nothing to do with what might the best in the long run for GGP and hence all of its shareholders. He cannot seem to see that just because he is getting fractious and impatient, the rest of us do not want to hear his constant moans about it - that’s why I binned him.

Ortex shows nearly 5m shares on loan reduction in last 2 working days from 63m to 58m - are there some nerves being rattled?
