Sorry Matty but you’re being too blinkered about Havieron imho. I have no doubt that it will be our ultimate jewel in the crown, but Shaun and his Team have just manoeuvred us into buying the whole estate and now he has to prioritise what is already there for the taking (Telfer’s stored ore that can translate into immediate free cash flow) versus what now needs to careful completion to optimise its value (Havieron). We have to trust in Shaun, his highly experienced BoD and Team and now the vast experience we have inherited from Newmont personnel joining GGP, to deliver what needs to be delivered in a priority order they will know more about than any lay shareholder. Kick back and let them get on with it imho!!

Point well made NGC - I agree and Shaun alluded the same at the Q&A at the 4pm online presentation. Hopefully no more dilutions needed as he wants us to be pulling out of the Lassonde curve development valley!!

Just to point out the obvious, considering we were not considered to be one of the major sell offs from Newmont, Shaun and his Team worked wonders to get Havieron and Telfer sorted out ahead of the others!!

Wish I could be with you and others (yes of course you Ace) at the TH but sadly my better half has her leg in plaster and cannot put any weight down on her foot, so I cannot (would not) leave her on her own for such a long period of time whilst I travel to London and back. Looking forward to the next Stroud event though if you’re organising one, as that’s just a hop skip and a jump away. Here’s to the long awaited success we’ve all been patient for!! 👍👍

For those of you who don’t want to hang on the telephone to instruct HL of your voting on the GGP EGM you can do as I have just done and easily do it online. Please note I don’t think you can do it via the HL App so you have to go online (www.hl.co.uk) and sign in with your password, date of birth etc.

Once you have signed in look down the right hand side for Shareholders Meetings, click on it and when you see GGP appear you click on the arrow that says Give Instruction. You are then straight on the page where you can vote For or Against for each item or simply click the For All button and it will populate each item with For and then you click on Submit and job done - that simple!!

I didn’t check whether they had an Against All button for the numb nuts who know not what they have here with this life changing opportunity.

One final thing HL say that votes must be cast online (or phone I assume) by 25th September 2024 - VGLA!!!

Barna - you’re overlooking what we have just taken control of - if you had a ready made stockpile that is already out of the ground that you could convert for free cash flow now versus a mine that is close to completion but still underground, don’t you think you might prioritise to get FCF ASAP and complete the mine more thoroughly at a slightly slower pace? I know I would provided it benefited the shareholders who ultimately employ me!! Why not let our seasoned team of experts work out the best way to prioritise what we now have?

Hey SAS - not sure you’re quite right there buddy. Newmont haven’t given everything over to us for nothing exactly - they’ve negotiated to retain a 2% interest in us as shareholders and got rid of future decommissioning costs of Telfer, quite a nice hedge really. Obviously Shaun’s goal is to keep Telfer going for at least as long as Havieron is predicted to produce AU/CU and other PM’s PLUS the existing stockpiles at Telfer PLUS any Artemis/Antipa/Paterson explorer finds who need to use Telfer as the processing plant. So it really seems to be Win/Win for us and Newmont and they have swapped their driver position for a passenger seat and we now need to see every possible catalyst for SP improvement kick in from 1st October 2024 onwards. Each and every RNS we see in future could just keep pushing the SP upwards imho. VGLA.

Hey Timber - you know the markets don’t like uncertainty and technically we do not officially own all of Hav & Telfer until shareholders vote to affirm by 30th September I believe. Between now and then we are still just 30% owners of Hav. As I posted a couple of days ago, can you imagine what the SP would have done if Shaun hadn’t negotiated this deal and we had partners who owned the 70% of Hav and all of Telfer and then news dropped that Hav would not reach first ore until 2027!!!! 🤯🤯

Congrats Ace - you’ve beaten me as I now only have 4.5m - mind you I retired early at the beginning of 2021 when I had 7m all thanks to GGP so I’m not complaining!!! 👍👍
