Someone just spent over £100k to buy GGP shares just before 11.00am. If I was spending £100k to buy GGP today I think I would time it to get the very best price I could. Assuming this is an astute investor (you would think so if he/she is spending £100k on GGP) then either he/she or their adviser clearly think that 6.5p is a good price to buy at - hope they’re right and good luck to them.

Followed up by another 6.49m just 13 seconds later which was also at 6.90p so surely has to be another Buy although stated as Unknown - yeah right!!

Hi Doozer - personally I would keep the cars - diversification is always good but I am expecting a ten bagger here at least especially when Hav comes into play, so if it’s the wonga that’s more important to you then maybe get rid of one or more of the classics, but you might have to act a bit sharpish. Has it been noticed that we are back above the SP we were at before the 4.8p discounted share rise was announced - just over 2 weeks ago. I know we have to wait and see what happens on 1st October when the new shares hit the market, but I bet not many would have expected this recovery in the meantime? Also can’t wait to see where the SP is on and around 1st November when we officially take the keys to the farm!! VGLA - it’s been a long wait!!

Fair enough ATP but as I mentioned, there have been a number of posts talking about 2-3 years away and I just wanted to clarify with my own thoughts that whilst Hav might be our jewel in the crown, we now own the whole farm and there will therefore be other catalysts that will push our SP up along the way before Hav comes online. Very exciting times ahead imho!!

Just for clarity I’ve read quite a few posts that suggest we may now have to wait 2-3 years more for GGP to deliver. Whilst I agree that it might be 2-3 years to start reaching our optimal SP highs, I do not however believe that we will stay in the doldrums SP wise until then. I personally expect to see catalysts from 1st November onwards that will see our SP climb and climb towards true head spinning type levels in 2-3 years time. I do think there will be heartwarming SP rises along the way though, some of which maybe enough for some PI’s to think that’s enough for them and they may bale at those times. Personally I’m a Lther who wants GGP to be my legacy gift to my wife, our son and then our grandchildren - the future lifespan of Telfer and Hav should enable this. If anyone disagrees with my logic, please say so and VGLA!!

Be that as it is Matty, the point is Shaun’s priority list has now been transformed beyond our wildest expectations and there are only 24 hours in the day - we have to trust he knows (along with all his experienced new Team players) what will deliver the best value for GGP (and us shareholders) from Day1 - good luck to all of us!!

PS There are many incoming catalysts for SP rises, we no longer need to rely on Havieron being the only catalyst for a true SP rise, as Matty seems to believe.
