@ShatAim - why don’t you Foxtrot Oscar?

I’m not convinced that there is a sell off at all. If there was a concerted sell off then there would be a SIGNIFICANT drop in the share price - probably more than 25%, not a 5% drift down. Personally I think that MMs are being opportunist and moving the bid / offer around to generate volume (that’s how they make their money). So, holding here, waiting for the update expectantly. Once flows are established in the Portland it’s going to go completely crazy. Good times just around the corner! Red

Billybill57 - FFS please pipe down. No share EVER goes up in a straight line. You do sound increasingly like someone who has over extended their position and truly is losing it / or the most blatant share basher ever trying to drive the price down. So which is it? Are you long and panicking - in which case you have my sympathy, but you need to switch off and relax. Or are you short or hoping for a lower entry price, n which case you have to realise that bleating on and on about it on this B.B. will have negligible or no material impact on the SP. Whichever, you’re really making yourself look very silly Billy so, please just let it lie. Red

@JTTALV - I’m not sure that you’re right in that prediction. It was 8 days between announcement of commencement of flow test operations and the first results the first time around at Horse Hill. I can’t see any reason why it would be materially different this time? Unless I’m missing something . . .

@pijoe - the point I was making is that any asset is only worth what the market is willin got pay . . . If I was to shoot myself in the foot (or both feet) with a 155mm howitzer I’d have to have very long arms (or legs) unless they supply them with a remote control firing option. . . Also typically they utilise high angle trajectories to achieve range so pointing up, not down? Cheers ! Red

@willowpillow - yeah it’s worth about $2 a barrel of proven reserves equivalent in the ground, so 25% of 30MMbl at $2/bl is erm . . . Let me see now . . . Where’s that abacus. . . . Oh, yes . . . Here we go . . . Wait, almost there. Ah, right got it. $15m or about £11.5m. Seems that the market has priced SOLO quite accurately, seems not to have priced in HH value though. Hmmm. . . . TBH SOLO is worth what the market will pay for it. Same with UKOG. But I was just putting it out there as an alternative hypothesis to acquiring ANGS. Let’s see how it plays out. Interesting times! Hello everyone. Just so we’re all singing from the same hymn sheet. the current filing for HHDL as at 24/12/2017 shows that beneficial ownership of Horse Hill Development Ltd is a follows;
- Dorimus has 100 shares (10%) - so Lennigas is still involved.
- Primorius has 100 shares (10%)
- Solo has 100 shares (10%)
- UKOG has 499 shares (49.9%) - just shy of outright control but Sanderson is the Chairman of HHDL (and would obviously be involved in the approval of the statements ‘informing’ to the participating companies of progress on site . . . Read into that what you will)
- ALBA has 181 shares (18.1%)
And finally
- GUNSYND Plc has 20 shares (2%)

Since then SOLO acquired 5% of HHDL from Primorius in SPA that completed on 9th March 2018.

I think that’s all the transactions- I couldn’t find any more.

Interesting that SOLO now owns 15% of HHDL and has an MCAP of just north of GBP11m plus it owns Tanzanian oil & gas assets including 25% interest in proven reserves equivalent to 30MMbl of oil... That’s a nice target for a cash / paper acquisition (then spin off the non-core Tanzanian asset to another party).

Notice that do have the good grace to post that in response to your analogy to UKOG which is unfounded. I don’t go and post that on the 88e board. Red
