In answer to your question. I cannot imagine the company would sanction that level of overtime for one second. You cannot speak with two posties and then project the same equation over the entire workforce. Life doesn't work that way.
One other point, you suggested I stopped thinking with my wallet. The union members are as guilty of that if it's true at all.

I believe Oli was stating that hours needing to be worked in summer might only be 32, which is a reduction and my statement is correct. These are his words :-

If I have somehow misconstrued Oli's meaning then I will happily say so. But at this point I don't believe I have.
