The leadership of Aviva’s investment division is being overhauled in the latest shake-up under Amanda Blanc, the insurance company’s boss.
Euan Munro, who was poached from Standard Life seven years ago to run Aviva Investors, is leaving to take up a new role elsewhere. He will be replaced by Mark Versey, a member of his team who joined Aviva in 2014.
Mr Munro, 50, is seen as a star of the fund management industry, but he has struggled to increase the profits contributed to the group by Aviva Investors, which has £350 billion of assets under management.
