I believe I have been more transparent regarding my dealing than anyone here. I not only posted in real time but on one occasion did so by advising 24 hours in advance that I would buy 9999 shares.
An average calculated by using guesses and ignoring what doesn't suit then you can fabricate whatever you wish.

I have also purchased subsequently and am quite content.

Retained history is very useful. This is of course why some preferred to close their accounts and delete history.

Rob, The sensible learn from experience. Sounds like your doing just that. We can't get it right always, but more right than wrong is acceptable.

Falkland was never here as a buyer of RMG. Should anyone wish to DYOR his posts are available.
He was a Ramper posting that the SP would reach 700p. However the pump and dump happened and he changed direction and became a deramper.
In 2019 he was predicting a SP below 100p.
NOTE! It did neither.
I believed RMG could once again reach 550p others thought it might go higher. I make no apology for that belief. The timing is totally out of kilter but there have been extenuating circumstances. The SP will rise but beware of those that manipulate. They are lying in wait.

Drunk - Yes, although some habitually hang in past the sell by date. I try for the centre ground and occasionally get it right. Must admit I would rather sell early and miss the big bucks than make the loss. It's all experience and after many years of doing both. I live to fight another day :-)

Euro, of course it's a question of buying low and selling high. Fortunately I get it right more often than not over many years, although I treat It as an enjoyable hobby. Best wishes with your trading.

Not sure that I like the fact that those I bought this morning are losing money though. Of course the short term is not the time to judge.
Last summer I bought another stock @ 129p then watched it drop slightly lower and thought "dammit" it's now trading @ 375p I'm also thinking dammit because I sold along the way.

It's painful to buy more with the SP way above my average. The question to ask myself though is whether I see further growth. The answer is in the fact I topped up again this morning, GLA.

It would seem he was holding in December and has now sold. Therefore he was entitled to the 7p dividend and will be paid in due course.

Presumably in that case DK is in for the long haul and believes the SP will continue rising. Would have been a bit worrying had he reduced his holding. Let's hope for a period of calm for a change.

Oli - JB. We know that any manager worth his salt ensures that those lined up behind him are trained and ready to take the reins. However inevitably there is going to be a brief delay while the replacement gets up to speed. I was actually thinking more of the possibility that there might be a rush for the exits. It was also a light hearted comment.
