That suggests, most of the testing will be completed in January, which is quicker than I expect.

I thought testing results might not be ready until end of Q1. This suggests there could be a RNS early to mid Feb on these.

The long wait is in relation to HUI’s application for planning and permits to build a W2E site in Orhid, North Macedonia, not anything patent related.

Not sure where the May deadline comes from for HUI, but I do know this has not been quick process. They have been working on it for well over a year, possibly 2. Alex referenced how difficult / time consuming it had been in an interview ages ago. I imagine though, once you've done one in a territory, the second, third, forth etc etc, will be a lot quicker.

In other news, I have clicked recommend on a post from Castle!!!

He asked PE a while back (or said he did) about the credentials of the supplier, and there was a comprehensive reply, which also confirmed PHE had employed a 3rd party to carry out the DD on them.

So again, I no reason to worry about the quality of the kiln.

Pat, the Chinese are very good at business and will be hoping for a long term relationship with PHE, not a one off stitch up. Surely the'll want to exceed expectations and secure the contract for multiple orders of the commercial version.
