I don't think there was much chance of AFC being involved. No doubt the doom mongers will say AFC were booted out, but I think they got a lot out of it and didn’t want to carry on funding the gravy train. Who knows, there might be a big conspiracy behind it all 😊

I agree with Reality on this. Why does everything have to be either black or white. There is definitely a middle ground. I'm sure anyone with some industry knowledge looking in would feel AFC have achieved a lot, but progress has been slower than hoped.

We don't know the reasons, possibly slower adoption than expected, customers not committing to hydrogen as quickly as hoped. AFC recognised the hydrogen economy will be in flux and therefore hold things up years ago, hence developing the cracker tech. This allows adoption of the FC's without the need for huge storage facilities on site, or the building of a H2 network.

Now they can approach customers with Product A supported by product B

The question to ask Swazers (I'm no doubt filtered as he refuses to discuss anything, just cut and paste reams of waffle), is why after years of predictions on PHE, has nothing he's said come true. PHE will hopefully become a success, but it will have nothing to do with Swazers predictions, quite the opposite.

PHE need (and I sure PE will ensure they do) to stick the basics get a commercial product launched which recyles plastic and produces off takes that can be sold.

Anything else ATM is a distraction to the core business. Might as well present a report outlining their potential viability of contributing to powering space travel!

Maybe once PHE have 10 commercial plants up and running, and everyone involved are making profits, looks at areas.

Only my opinion, but PHE have enough business opportunities to hand, they just need a working sellable products!

I have no idea what Swazers is on about, but he's been pumping PHE for a long long time at some very high prices; along with admitting he is invested, so could be underwater for all I know?

I think we can safely say that the decarbonisation of Crypto Mining will not involve setting up a plastic recycling plant next door, to tap of a comparatively to other solutions, a tiny amount of hydrogen.

Until PHE confirm, no one knows how pure the hydrogen will be and how it can be used - Fuel Cells etc!

The low hanging fruit and quick wins for PHE are potentially huge, why would they get in an energy price war in the US or elsewhere with existing energy suppliers focusing on green power delivery at as low a rate as possible.

The US are the largest miners of Crypto currencies and already have significant plans for decarbonising the mining industry by using renewables, battery, mass hydrogen production, solar wind, tidal etc.

One example of a crypto miner already doing this, is CleanSpark - "CleanSpark concentrates on low-carbon energy sources, which account for about 94% of its power. All six of CleanSpark’s campuses are located in Georgia and rely on existing nuclear, hydro and solar power sources. Have you managed to get your head around partnering with new build incinerator firms? Seem to a lot of these places missing their targets, on which a lot of their permissions and consents reply on.

Maybe they’d look at other processes regarding waste to energy for their struggling sites!

I posted a current news story regarding an incinerator site that has received planning approval. The company is irrelevant to everyone here but you.

Either because you're thick as pig Sh_it and can't understand the principal, or because you want to use the post to have a go and start an argument!!

The point is, anyone applying for / getting planning to build a new incinerator site, would be ideal customers / partners for a TCC (for lots of reasons)!! Where did I mention the company by name? Just the principal of partnering with established W2E businesses, to get a commercial unit up and running.

A simple positive post, from which you turn the board back to the playground for your own narcissistic enjoyment.
