Slappyfpv - I think 10 x revenue is quote an old way of valuing a business. Certainly for a company like PHE, where the IP contains a lot of potential value.

Once they're at a commercial stage they'll have to look at manufacturing options to be able to sustain a price increase.

Scaling up all the individual components etc will be a colossal undertaking. Licensing might be one route, systems made in other territories, closer to the end user etc?

But to get to £400m plus, they will need to be moving quite a lot of units.

Daz - if you actually read peoples posts properly, rather than focusing on to spend them to the negative; you'll notice I have also said in the past and today, that there is middle ground.

So while things are not perfect, they are not disastrous either, so I see it as a bit of a punt. For you, everything is really, really negative, regardless.

Where did I say I lost faith?

I sold because of what had happened to the H2 sector in general, along with the issues AFC were having. I expected it to drop further so sold around 20% above my average and ploughed it in to BTC and crypto mining; rather than standby and watch it sink further.

I've now bought back in, as I still have faith in the company and products. Just a personal decision, but one Derek could have made, instead of blaming everyone but himself.

If PHE is to get to 10p with 4.2 bn shares in issue, they' need to sell an awful lot of W2E plants.

AFC is a very different company to the one I invested 14 years ago. If you can't see that, you're more stupid that I gave you credit for, which was very little.

If you don't realise that AFC is pioneering new tech, then maybe invest in something you do know about.

I've been out of AFC and made money elsewhere and bought back in 50% lower than my previous average. So call me stupid and incompetent, but I'm not the one on the end of a massive personal loss.

You fu_cked up your investment by not getting out when you could and want to blame someone. Have some back bone for crying out load and and accept it.

I am not blindly positive about AFC, but understand commercialisation of a new tech will be met with a lot of unforeseen issues and developments. The product you start off creating is never what you end up with, it will often go through many reincarnations from customer / market feedback.

There was a substantial period where no one wanted a Tesla, because they were rubbish.

VW and others are having the same problems with their 1st gen electric cars, resulting in many being scrapped and having to start again!

No idea if you're invested, but probably not. Those who are have to accept they could have sold out at 90p and bought back in cheaply, or invested in something else from BTC to miners and made 200%, then buy back in!

All very positive, but if you are buying more, timing will be key.

I suspect they'll hope to get the SP as high as possible and they'll be a placing for maybe £2 or £3m, as I don't think they can avoid it.

The best option would be to find a HNW investor put the money in at a discount, which would save a huge amount in costs and fees for the placing.

Not sure about the Whites buying in, they already have 15%, which is a massive holding for anyone. Only Howard sold a significant amount, the rest are already in. They may look to take more, but they are certainly already in!

Daz - it's hard to tell if you're a holder or a deramper / shorter, because you post everything in black and white when there is so much middle group.

A lot of what was promised, has materialised. Some of it has been slower, but most of what was promised is there. The lack of sales is a separate issue.

My personal take on this is.....The FC's, the green credentials and so on have been received well, however there is something causing the enthusiasm to not convert in to better unit sales.

We don't know what that is, but it could be hydrogen storage related or an issue with the actual FC's.

This is something AFC will be sorting out and not be sharing with the likes of us. The fact is, it could there is a massive demand for the cracker, because storing hydrogen onsite is an issue or not very practical.

Why not engage the local council, they'll have ample of free feedstock stock.

As Scooby picked up on, it would be great PR for the local council and no doubt the Welsh government, to be seen to be working with a pioneering Welsh business on such an interesting environmental project. Or are you expecting these facilities to sell themselves?

I've been in this share for 14 years. My posts and views of AFC are very positive, I also bought back at 15p, so currently running a loss. I'm waiting to reinvest, I see the future for AFC as very positive.

If you struggle to understand this, then maybe ask someone to explain it to you. Although you are a great source of entertainment :)))
