I think the key point is, none of it looks good; regardless of how much of a positive spin you ask ai to put on it.

The facts are, nothing is really happening, a few tests and a bit of side interest, does not make for a £20+ million company.

PHE don’t have the money to do anything, unless the customer is paying and they will struggle to get £1.5m in a fundraise, which is a fraction of what they actually need to take this to market anytime in the next few years!!

As for NEO, this is their 3rd or 4th failed IPO.
