For those who missed Swazers 'decontruction' of HUI, it mainly featured around them not having any turnover and losing £500k last year.

PHE had Revenue of £499k (up from 2023: £181k) and a loss of £4,705,025

So for the turnover (not profit) of £500k it cost them £4.7m - I'd rather have a turnover of zero and have the extra £4.2m in the bank.

Pretty much everything he said could be used to much greater negative affect to PHE than HUI!!

Previously at 1p last week, I see them as potentially having a lot more shorter value than PHE and probably way more long term value.

They now have the ability to sell a tried and test facility that is available to order, means deals, revenues and profits can be made. So what is they own the tech, millions of successful businesses work as the middle man or a distributor!

New tech PLC’s have the ability to raise finance because they are actually new, and have not been a listed PLC for 15 years!! Often new tech CO’s might only have 500m or less shares issued!

At least I had the balls to take my money out PHE at a loss and go somewhere else, rather than waiting for the tide to turn, which it hasn't. I've invested and sold several time since leaving here, including HUI on their 300% increase.
