Should this go under, an Administrator would sell Engsolve to recoup whatever they can, as it's a going concern / viable business. PE probably has the money from selling his shares to PHE in the first place to buy it back.

PHE's IP and DMG are the only real assets after that and an Administrator would want to wrap up a deal asap. Engsolve will be in prime position to buy up both on the cheap.

For all we know, this has already been considered by the BOD and potential customers lined up under Engsolve. After all, who wants a business with debt, repeated annual losses, a shocking 17 year history, zero industry credibility and 5bn shares in issue.

The Antrim project is highly unlikely to get off the ground, due to the involved parties not having any capital.
