The current £3m market cap is now firmly underpinned by £1.8m cash and the $6m (£5m) coming in September following the sale of LandVault to IR, and their subsequent listing on NASDAQ.

Allow it to consolidate - it will kick on to higher levels soon in enough.

How do you know there WILL be a churn?

Some/most who took the placing might not sell for 10%, and may hold on to their 1p shares knowing full well $6m is coming when IR lists.

Factor in the sale and we're looking at 4-5p.

With the placing out the way at 1p (decent level) i feel more investors are/will starting to see the latent value in MFAI the sector it is invested in (AI).

Some really impressive companies in the portfolio already.

Get Visibility alone seems to be a company maker. The more i read the more I'm impressed.

At 1.2p, the market cap (with new shares admitted) is still ONLY £4m.

Summary:

Around 30% dilution at 1p.

With new shares, market cap equates to £3.7m at 1p

Around half of that is cash.

NAV is still easily more than double current levels.

274m in issue in total.

Meanwhile 323m shares traded since 9th July RNS (Landvault acquisition).

192m since last Thursday (5 sessions)

Very good churn.

He may not be selling all - just reducing in which case we'll be free to run higher soon.

What we do know for a fact is that NAV is soon to increase by at least £5m following Landvault's sale to IR.

This now means the current mcap of £3m is too low - given the 15+ other investments MFAI has in AI companies including GetVisibility who as we learnt this week plays a pivotal role in Forcepoint which powers ChatGPT/OpenAI.

Akers selling in the short term may have pegged this back from 1.6p but it does not affect the VALUE of MFAI in the longer term.

£5m/$6m (minimum) to be realised in Q3 when IR lists on NASDAQ.

20% stake in GetVisibility which assists Forcepoint to power OpenAI/ChatGPT

Around £1m in cash.

Oh and Invested in another 15+ AI companies.
