Any 100%+ daily rise is significant and usually one can expect some cooling off/retrace.

However, this share may prove an exception for the following reasons:

- mcap only £14m

- transformational acquisition announced today which significantly alters the fundamentals

- uranium and gold asset acquisition with NPV of $17bn announced

- fully funded via AUO and no raise/placing required (again confirmed by Jason Brewer on X)

- further significant acquisition(s) to be announced by end of Aug (as mentioned in the interview today)

- previous broker note of 3.3p target does not account for today's monster RNS which necessitates a revised target of 5p+ (very conservative)
