- NAV at Dec 2023 was around 2.13p (see RNS)

- Factor in Landvault sale earlier this month, and the £5m coming to MFAI in Sept once IR lists, and this adds a further ~2p.

- £925k raised last week at 1p - takes NAV to 5p by my calcs.

And we haven't even started to factor in Get Visibility (multi-billion potential) and the 15+ other AI companies in the investment portfolio.

Expecting a strong steady rise over the coming weeks and months.

As i think someone said earlier today - this could treble and still look incredibly cheap at just £10m mcap.

Could easily break 1.6 tomorrow with volume.
