There's a goodun. - Todays RNS gives Mon. 25th Feb as date for Annuals. -As per Tibbs link, Centamin website states Frid. 22nd. - Which is it? - I don't like important results info. being delivered of a Friday, it's usually a sign there's bad news that requires the weekend to cool-off. - So, which is correct, Friday 22nd or Monday 25th?

Funding is a bit of a hot-potato just now, not just in relation to Sirius but in general. - The recent Hitachi N.Wales Nuclear-Power-station step-back highlights this most vividly. - Caution seems to be the watchword in this latest bulletin.

So, there we have it. - Monday 25th Feb. and not 20th as indicated in my Sharescope calendar. - Almost 2/3rds of the way through Q1. - At least it should make their forecast more accurate although after 2018 I'm not convinced. I still get the impression that there is some deceit involved with these timings. - I can't help it. :-)

Hi Razor - Just for clarity. - Pharaoh Gold Mines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centamin, operates the Sukari concession. - EMRA has a 50% holding in Pharaoh, hence their board of directors involvement.

Centamin board or 'Pharoah'? - Given the 'shared' nature of profits, it's not remarkable, to me at any rate, that EMRA has a presence at board level. - For starters, they will have to be fully cognisant of all that is happening in order to be able to understand and accept the highs and lows of production. It will not be acceptable I feel to just take someone's word as evidence. - IMO

How many new shares in a placement to ii's? - Bearing in mind that if the terms of ST2 are convertible-loans then we are talking about billions of extra shares - Difficult one to call. If loans are convertible, the devil will be in the detail and it might be a devil that shocks us.

News breaking that Hitachi's Nuclear-power-station project in N Wales is unlikely now to go ahead due to lack of funding. The Gov. were to provide up to 1/3rd of funds. - Thousands of jobs involved.

According to Sharescope calendar for Centamin, the Annual report is listed as 20/02/19 and the AGM as 26/03/19.
