No doubt it has appeal. - Fundamentals are sound as you say. - I am a little wary about liquidity.

With only 272m shares in issue I suspect that most are in the hands of a controlling few. - I wonder how much free-float there is?

Is there good liquidity attached to the share. - Gaps appear to dominate the charts on this one. - Appreciate comments on this.

It's good to see all spirits lifted. - Flip-flops being retrieved from the back of wardrobes, the ones I have with steel-toe-caps-are looking a bit rusty. God only knows how patient the hardy have been. - So, let's hope it continues. - However, due to the unsolved mysteries surrounding Gold-mining in Egypt, Centamin and many of the players involved, I shall remain cautious and reserve my celebrations for a while longer.

Our peers, HGM - HOC -FRES are leaving us well behind this week in their response to themove in gold and silver. - Week isn't over yet of course, but for now, they've left us in the traps.

Interesting news re Yamana. - It's possible that with continuing momentum, Centamin could become a FTES 100 candidate.
I tipped them in the past to replace Randgold's popularity with the possibility of a re-rated P/E as a consequence. Yamana adds a new dimension and should be good for gold-mining interest amongst FTSE 100 investors. - IMO
