So many prophets jumping the gun with BOO. Hardly a dead dog with £100 of net debt and £30m inventory than usual with the opening of the US DC. 13 diversified brands and huge investments in to warehousing and automation. We are yet to see the fruits of these investments and no tangibile figures from the company for months. We are all speculating at this point.

The issue is Big Mike will not want to pay top money to take this over and us shareholders will be forced to accept a low ball offer. Unless, the Kamani clan club together and buy more shares at this level.

Another paid for shorter article, BOO’s balance sheet is sound and robust. Much more interested in how we are performing and the returns we are getting in the investments we have made of late.

Maybe the fast fashion element of BOO isn’t working anymore and it’s viewed as a negative that they are diversifying away with other brands.

Hopefully tech continues to sell off in the US. Investors will be looking for other avenues like undervalued UK opportunites.

Barclays have been heavily bearish on BOO for a while now and tbh I wish I had listened. I think it would be crazy to sell at these lows though. Next update here will be vital for BOO’s future.
