I can see BOO and ASOS tripling from here relatively easily with good news. Look at Peleton up 35% in one day. Could see similar improvement at both of these companies. Let’s the they have both fallen an enormous amount and are certainly in the oversold territory. Let’s see what happens…Big Mike certainly senses an opportunity!

BOO has lost some market to SHEIN but it is not the be all and end all. We are targeting GMV growth FY25 we have multiple streams of doing this.

BOO will return to its former glory or at least some of. It’s just a matter of if not when. Helped indefinitely by the raising of the de minimus or the likes of Big Mike grabbing more shares.

ASOS making changes to their fair usage returns policy…About time they should be charging for returns like everyone else!

If a business can recover it will be BOO. Diversified portfolio of brands and let’s not forget BOO are very much trend setters in the fashion world. Be intriguing to see how we have performed so far this year and hopefully the positive momentum has carried on with the our core brands. Not to mention automation spend is complete and fully operational.

I do think the likes of £3 is unrealistic as trading on a very high PE ratio as growth was exponentially charged through Covid and our apparent competitive advantage through that period. But, nicely summed up our revenue and gmv is substantially higher even after that period. There will be a realignment coming soon I could imagine with falling interest rates and inflation and some out large scale automation projects paying dividends. £1 is certainly achievable here. THG went from 38p to £1.20 with a takeover sniff….

Kamani snr isn't selling, Kane isn't selling, JL isn't selling....What makes everyone panic here that this is going to be another Superdry? Heavy investment and still £1.5bn turnover after the pandemic. Solid recovery play here. Some mega returns available if you are risk seeking and see promise and potential in what BOO are trying to do. Big Mike lurking in the winds, could easily double your investment if he starts taking anymore chunks.

Anything constructive to add regarding future share price performance and how the business is currently performing?

Shorts have been in control here for the last 3 years. It has been painful to all holding. What is the intrinsic value of the business now with 13 brands, automated warehouses and vast investment into technology and in-house platforms? If we can get revenue to stabilise with mild growth and improving profit margin and successful debt refinance what will the share price be? Multiples of todays I imagine….

• Technology: Worked with Group CIO on business case for migration of two front end Salesforce solutions to a single in-house solution, on track to deliver multiple £million saving and maximising benefit of future platform development.

• Treasury/Hedging: Introduced new Treasury and hedging policy alongside US warehouse launch, successfully managing USD exposure created by UK Autumn 2022 mini-Budget.

• Governance: Attendance at half year and year end Audit committees.

• Leadership: Recruited Head of Tax and supported FP&A team member promotion to Head of Investor Relations.
