I think there is going to be a drastic change in the company structure. Youth brands being spun off and Debenhams and labels will be a separate entity. This could explain TPG's involvement and this could create some shareholder value at the same time.

Interested to see what the True offer was for REVB. Also, how DEBS will influence this with potential refinancing off REVB's facility with the help of TPG.

Group net debt holding. Lack of transparency regarding financial performance. No correspondence regarding refinancing. Strategic review still underway. Revenue decline in youth brands.

To be fair to BFD our CEO is on record saying DEBS is worth more than entire market cap at the time of £500m. Putting in to context the valuation of Adanola he is not wrong.

How undervalued is DEBS at these multiples. Adanola revenue circa £60m....

Of course that's not just the reason for the market capitalisation. One of many factors. Fact of the matter is this business and it's scale should be producing more. I'm invested here and I'm saying in the right hands this can go back to being an online powerhouse and deliver some proper returns. Being Mr defensive isn't going to increase the SP.

I'm not saying they are not using ai but I think they have been slow to leverage their platform in comparison to their peers. This is what is reflecting a sub £400m share price.

Need some of what Zalando are doing. I feel ASOS have been too slow to react to the shift in Ai adoption. Stuck in the doldrums with current management.

Buckle up ladies and gents we are in for a very bumpy ride. Mike has probably seen enough and is about to make an offer before TPG get there mits on the debt refinancing deal and jump the priority que if this falls in to admin. REVB looking like a pre-pack admin deal too at 3p a share.

Doesn't sound like a company about to go into admin.

I’m still holding strong. I think we will get a material boost from the hot weather and M & S cyber attack. Refinancing is crucial. Money is still being spent on marketing and new contracts. There’s still some liquidity here.

Crikey this is tragic. Where is the update? Getting ridiculous now.

I’m having to ignore the woes of the current share price and look what they’re doing behind the scenes. This could be a very successful business and I believe the right person is running it. If we can sort this debt situation out and refinance on fair terms as well as sorting the REVB mess out we stand a good chance of survival.

Fingers crossed refinancing is secured and an RNS is released on Monday. There’s nothing more the market hates than lack of transparency regarding the solvency of a business.

Only positive I am holding on to is Finley bought a fair sized chunk of shares. Kane added £300ks worth and Big Mike and Mahmud added millions in the last raise which was done at a premium. Double the current SP. We need news imminently now.

What does everyone make of Mahmud and Carol's resignations and BOOHOO holdings 2 limited?
