Absolutely not, I would question why so much has been spent on marketing and sponsorships if the company can't pay it's staff or issue refunds. Next RNS will be crucial here. Also, this would make Dan Finley look like a fool after everything he has been shouting about for close to a year.

I agree Kach. Very good post! I believe they formally announced they were in discussions to maybe bring forward more interested parties or try and get Frasers to offer better terms.

Something is keeping Frasers' quiet here in the background. Not sure what it could be. They are down millions so far.

This supplier non-payment could also come from poor quality goods. DEBS has been focused on improving quality to quell the high return rate. This has involved withholding payment on goods that do not meet the standard. Another poster has also mentioned this and I do believe it is a valid point.

The company movements do not reflect a company that is supposedly on the brink. They have spent millions on marketing campaigns. They still have 13 brands and properties they could sell before this is going anywhere. They have signed multiple long term deals with AWS, Peak AI, Pinterest, Mango Pay to name a few. The silence is rather deafening, although they are probably keeping as silent as possible until refinancing / REVB situation is sorted.

Good luck Tom. I believe you’re selling in a fire sale where the market has valued this on no news and no security regarding debt here. If forward guidance here and refinancing is positive this could quickly double. Best of luck none the less. I’m holding as painful as it is.

Finley is supposed to be maximising value not decimating it!

Carol has been very active with her engagement and social media again. They have invested large sums very recently. They will be fighting tooth and nail to see this business perform and to get a return back on their investments.

I’m thinking another attempt from Ashley to detail the business before results. Wants a big sell off so he can low ball. Good posts everyone. Pure speculation until we get some RNS confirmation.

They need an RNS tomorrow morning. This is not a good look for us.

Looking like this is indeed on the brink now. Radio silence from Frasers suggests he is waiting in the wings. Desperately need this lifeline and refinancing package.

Earnings report is due tomorrow as per Apple stocks / yahoo finance but these have been incorrect several times.

They are likely putting in a big trading update, refinancing and revb acquisition all at once. It's the only thing that could explain the radio silence.

Beauty is the fastest growing segment of DEBS too so this would absolutely tie in of the strategy of the marketplace model with our own brands at the forefront and other external brands helping to drive 100% margin sales and more traffic to the site.

I guess we have to wait and see. Finley is our last hope now. John Lyttle was a complete waste of space.

That's why I think we are at an advanced stage of purchasing REVB hence the additional funding required from TPG. REVB could be worth in the £100s of millions if the debt issue is re-financed and positive trends emerge.
