Frasers have never had such a war chest at their disposal and UK prices being so low there will certainly be some acquisitions. These stocks have been mentioned as mid flight so I’m sure we will be under siege once more.

For everyone that keeps calling this a dog. No one has seen the new business yet under Finley. It could be a gem in the rough which is just about to be uncovered.

Finley is no fool, he is Oxford educated and been an influential figure in FTSE100 companies. He’s worked wonders with DEBS so far and he’s put his money where his mouth is and grabbed this monumental task with 2 hands.

I doubt it Quaker John. They have likely already agreed refinancing. They have signed multiple huge deals of late, sponsorships of festivals, Jockey club. All this would have not been possible without successful refinancing or cash generation. They have also signed a commercial PR deal with ThreeSixty and as another poster mentioned they are likely trying to get big funds on board with positive signs that the marketplace model and change of direction is working for us.

My advice is to ignore the SP add if you can / want to take the risk and wait until we have some RNS news here and at REVB.

Dan is doing all the right things in my opinion but there is no doubt the SP is incredibly painful right now.

We have just signed several deals with external companies not to add. Multi year deals with Amazon web services, PEAK AI and MangoPay to add a few to the list. Surely if things were not going to plan we would not be marching forward with the development of marketplaces across every brand.

Just a bit of food for thought.
