Totally honest question - why is that interesting?

Yes, PH represent AFC (and many other small caps), but AFC have an agreement with Tamgo to distribute their products if there is a demand and I don't see how PH heading to the Middle East is going to stoke demand.

My honest view is that deep concern is way more logical than any remaining optimism.

I should, but I can't resist. The share price has collapsed - it must be clear to everybody that there are problems but sadly we have no idea what they are.

This was touted as the year of delivery and to date we have firm knowledge of just one unit being delivered, to Acciona on a trial (there's no other logical way of describing a short term lease with no further commitment). As far as I'm aware there isn't any definitive knowledge that any unit rented by anybody via SHS is operational on a UK construction site is there? Why not? I know they said that they wouldn't announce every single deployment but surely they'd want it known that they were generating power (and income!) somewhere wouldn't they?

The budget may or may not have relevant provisions but no business can be run on the basis of what may or may not happen; they need to crack on and do what the business is for.

I can't really understand why you and others see points like these as doom/gloom/laughable etc. - They' re just entirely reasonable expressions of disquiet and concern. I don't think for a second that posters who raise such points are trolls/paid shorters or anything else along those lines; I'm certainly not.

I very much want the share price to rise but blithely saying that everything is fine and it's just a matter of time is really quite bewildering. We have been in this situation for years and there's less and less reason to be confident of positive outcomes with so many doubts and numerous missed targets. Remember the forecast income was quietly reduced by a third recently and is anyone really confident that the revised target will be met by the company's year end next month? if so that confidence is based on hope rather than evidence.

Surely there isn't a single shareholder in this company who is happy about progress and the value of their investment? If so that's more than a little strange is it not?

With the share price doing what is doing do you honestly think there is lots of positive news that they aren't telling us? The only conspiracy theory I can come yup with is that it is kept low so that the new CEO can get his share options at very beneficial price point- but I don't actually believe that

You'd have thought that , Daz, but they never officially announced the reduction in forecast revenue from £6m to £4m which by anyone's judgement was likely to be price sensitive

You, yourself, ramp endlessly as so many of your posts involve words like 'will' when there is no certainty whatsoever that any announcement will end in anything concrete - long term and recent history makes that abundantly clear.

I am a substantial shareholder who is utterly peed off with what (hasn't) gone on here, recently and over a much longer period; particularly since the unbelievably positive update in the summer of 2020 which thus far has resulted in almost zip all real commercial progress. To date the only thing I know about that represents any commercial activity is the short term lease (it's a trial however it is described) to Acciona. I have no firm knowledge of any units that have delivered and are operational through the Speedy joint venture and no knowledge of any material income despite the fact that we are now just six weeks away from the company's year end. The much repeated forecast of £6m clearly isn't going top be met and anyone who is confident that the quietly reduced forecast of £4m will be met has absolutely no basis on which to be so.

Any news on why you are sure that setting up Hyamtec will result in an overall reduction in reporting and regulatory requirements for AFC?

It's a wholly owned subsidiary. It does not reduce regulatory and reporting requirements. That would be the case if the whole caboodle was being taken private, but it isn't. Yet.

Ade. I have explained multiple times today why it may be easier to raise finance for this subsidiary.

2. I'm no tax expert but can't see anything obvious there

3. Yes, possible that finance providers (NOT equity investors) may be more willing top deal with a Limited company without the AFC history
