Guys, let’s be very clear here. I’m not advocating, at this point, seeking our day in court. Very simply, I’m suggesting that we collectively take one simple action that has the best chance of starting an investigation by the relevant Canadian authorities. We need to open the can, that is all. I firmly believe that, once open, we may be awarded an opportunity to take things further, but one step at a time.

I am not offering, or even suggesting, full salvation. However, I am offering a chance to have a say and to impact upon an horrendous situation.

The only other option is to sit back and resign yourself to defeat…..

Anavio do not want to own COPL, they want the assets on the cheap. They have an inside seat, inside information and a BOD financially aligned with them.

Sit back and winge, or fight.

Let’s at least try to get this can of worms opened, starting with the ASC. Simples.

We’re aware of your thoughts on this front, no need to waste your time repeating it. I’ve sought legal advice, you quite obviously have not.

Start here, concentrate on the bond inducements to BOD as that’s the most obvious route to open an investigation. Takes just ten minutes….

Obviously, if the uninvested think we’re wasting our time, then that’s their prerogative. However, one things for sure, do nowt, expect nowt. Positive action, versus negative resignation. If you’re invested, surely a no-brainer…..
