Good diversion tactic, but please answer the original questions. I have not referred to individuals, just as RNSs and deal sheets in the public domain have not referred to individuals. However, I would love the relevant authorities to investigate and clarify. Why do you object to that so strongly?

I’m also not stupid enough to start naming individuals on a public forum. ‘The BOD’ will do quite nicely for now, the ASC can investigate further and highlight individuals. All in public documents.

The board did accept bonds.

The board did wave it through.

The board is financially aligned with BH.

The board’s bond conversion price has dropped from an original 4p to 0.15p.

Do you disagree with any of these statements? Do you think these statements reflect the actions of a responsible board who are carrying out their duty to protect SH value?

Ahh Copherder, thought you’d be having a lie in after your mammoth weekend shift, trying to dissuade SHs fro reporting this shambles to the ASC. Very strange behaviour for a uninvested newly set up poster. But I’ll let people make their own minds up on that one….

BOD bond package conversion price drops to 0.15p as well, perfectly in line with their new bond holder masters. No alignment with SH at all - and signed off by themselves. Illegal.

Report them to ASC and get the can opened…..

DB, things are happening that will surprise many when made public. In the meantime, the best course of action for SHs is to report the BOD and Anavio to the ASC and open this can of worms….
