Please have a good read through these docs. First one tells a very familiar tale, just swap names and dates and it’s exactly what’s happening at COPL.

Second one shows that Marco D’Attanasio was the signatory for Hadron during this ‘grab’.

Third one shows that Our Marco is Tom’s buddy and fellow director at Fenikso, their own little Cayman Island cash cow.

Exactly the same thing happening again here. Probably what they don’t want posted, what do you think?

Wybased. We do know of the ‘confidential wells’ but, like everyone, didn’t know much about them. We received further info about them yesterday, but we really need this info corroborated.

I beg to differ. Many people were taken in by this well planned asset grab, including some very experienced investors. That’s past. The clear and present problem is that Tom Richardson, Anavio and their grubby cohorts are stealing our company from under our noses. Getting personal, mud throwing and going off at tangents will not address that clear and present problem. If you disagree with the SHG’s tactics, that’s fine, just start your own SHG and do your own thing.

As a group, we’re fighting the bastards. Ask yourself, what positive action are you taking?

Small, we know through a trusted intermediary that the potential JVP does not want to be named. Why does that fact appear to surprise you, why do you think they’d want to be dragged into this circus?

An EGM being called in early December was not seen as the correct option, by what was a much smaller group at that point. An EGM now would be pretty pointless, given the number of shares now available to Anavio. No seat on the board? Is it just a case of asking and then they give you one? Is that how you think it works? Of course you don’t, so why imply it’s that easy?

Stas, an excellent point, and one which we are taking advice on. Unfortunately, the only denominator available to us at present is share count, but we will be advocating that the amount invested has to be considered.

Smalltrader1, at no point did we state that the potential JVP was Exxon. At no point did we state that we were in direct contact with the potential JVP. Just to clarify.

Calculator asked me for the total number of supportive shares we had , I told him the number very kindly reported by e-mail.

As he’s obviously working against our cause, I will clearly not be advertising how many other shares are pledged, either through the closed group and other supportive SHs. Giving a total number would be slightly crazy, given the situation, no?

He also states that this share base could have been used weeks ago. No it couldn’t, we didn’t even start asking for support until the 5th of January.
