Geng, describe the asset to me. You don’t know. I don’t know. Anavio knows.

Anavio isn’t keeping this alive to support a restructure. They’ll keep it alive, quickly dilute it to extinction and walk away with the assets cheaply. LS gets their money, that’s all they want. Anything left (there won’t be), bond holders then up the front of the queue. Pis get zilch.

This is why we should be lodging complaints. I’m actually hearing invested people today say that we’ve been bought more time, or a chance to restructure….truly beyond naive.

Silverspings, can’t see the issue. SL just wants there money back - Anavio have a perfect inside seat to give them a hassle free, inexpensive sale.

It won’t be put out to bids. They (Anavio) are keeping it alive whilst they buy the assets as cheaply as possible. Leave a shell of a company behind for the vultures, then sell the assets at a huge profit.

It was never designed to be a public document, there are statements etc within it that would be best kept confidential for now.

The letter was shared with a private group on TG, not for sharing. It’s your prerogative to break that trust, but that would potentially expose individuals that are actively trying to support all SHs.

Agreed CH, nobody knows the absolute detail (unless you do), so let’s ask the ASC to investigate a situation that (to all right minded onlooker) absolutely stinks. Fair?

Diversions aside, I simply ask that as many people as possible report what’s already in the public domain to the ASC and let them investigate. No need to elaborate, no need to name individuals, just open that can of worms…..something some individuals seem extremely keen to discourage!
