Recently jumped to 37p. With the drill hitting the ground and some good price consolidation the last few weeks id expect that level to break. Above that opens up the prospect of a real bull run here on lead up to results and I have a feeling the BOD will do their upmost best to get some good news to the market.

I included the other 4 members of the BOD who have around 7%between them as stated in recent fund raise.

Could be wrong but I worked it out as closer to 60%. Will have a look when I get back to computer. Could be wrong tbf.

I like your style mate. £1 is easily achievable here and I think we both know this could do a lot more but good not to over egg the pudding. Let's see what results start coming through and gather a clearer picture as to why the BOD and MTR felt it necessary to accumulate near 60% of the company.

So often with AIM companies they are brought to their knees only for directors to load and then eventually start pumping out news. The large increase in holdings was the key indicator that the BOD are ready to get the ball rolling here. Sentiment changes quickly on AIM and we are starting to see that today.

It depends on cost to get it out the ground etc. All of which will be determined at a later date. At the moment we are in the exploration stage. We either find some juicy gold anomalies and the SP rockets or we don't but given recent director buys i'd imagine they are confident of putting out some good news to the market which will make them and CGNR investors lots of money.

Lots of variables it depends on such as grades, depth etc but if they find gold then AIM has a way of taking stocks parabolic and I expect this one to be no different. AIM is very much sentiment driven. IMO we should be sitting much higher than current SP but CGNR's time will come. ADL was valued at near 9mil and they had zero assets and 1 mil or so cash with BOD taking huge pay packets. The BOD here are on modest salaries and we have cash and drilling for 5mil oz. 15-20mil oz has also been mentioned in interviews but 5 mil oz alone would see this multi-bag. Thats probably why the BOD and MTR have put their money where their mouth is and bought up 60% of the company. They don't get much better on AIM IMO. Right at the bottom of the cycle with the drill about to hit the ground is where the BIG money is made.

Yes their was a shares price consolidation in DEC 2015 so what was 100mil shares then for example is 10mil shares now.

Morning. Yes been looking in to CGNR and KDR warrants. I gather from findings that KDR have warrants at 8p which is well over strike price and CGNR warrants are around 37-43p. These warrants are shares based payments so staff receive them instead or as well as their wages.

Yes and with only 10mil shares in issue and most held tight when this does move it will move like the clappers. Hate to reiterate previous observations/ predictions but if you don't these days you get called a pump and dumper. Jokes aside I like the odds of this one doing well better than any company on AIM. CON also a solid GOLD play IMO. GLA

Very surprised by the lack of volume here. We've all seen how volume appears though. CGNR still very much off the radar. Sit back, accumulate and be happy when we're all multi-bagging. If anything else I like the story here. The BOD have skin in this and looking at operating expenses their wages aren't high compared with most AIM directors. A good sign. GLA

In for a few. Lets have a good old fashioned build up to the drill. Defined news on the way to excite the market. Just how I like it. GLA.

Keep discussions about CGNR and not the style and frequency of posts by certain people on these boards. I for one am shocked that someone would talk up their investment on these forums. Rarely do you see that. Hope folk detect the sarcasm. I am looking for £1 here. Price is consolidating. MTR are buying on open market (average 28p). 15-20mil oz figures of gold been banded about in recent interviews. Know how this game works. You find cheap stocks. See if the BOD are loading (they are). See if there's a good story behind it (there is). Pick your buy point. Mine was 24p. And wait for the rise. As much as you may think markets are moves by posters on these boards, they are not. I am bullish about all my investments and when volume returns for the next leg up you will 100% see me on this board posting information on this company as bullish as they get. Will CGNR find 15-20mil oz gold? Probably not. But AIM is about buying into the story. Sometimes you get lucky and you hit gold (literally) and more often you make your money on the lead up to the drill during the excitement. Some people lose money. Some people make money. And the game goes on. Certainly wouldn't waste my time jumping in and out of this for 40% profit. Not when I think I can get £1 a share for my shares in coming weeks which is a 3bagger for me.

Don't imagine it will. ADL was a complete fiasco and call it a DW f-up but fact is he's laughing with cheap stock and him and his pals have all been paid and continue to take silly sized wages. Money was made on ADL on the massive ramp from 0.20 to 1.30p. Here we have a completely different story. No money has been made on this one yet and you can bet the big boys will want paying out here. Confident they pull off a deal and add value to this one. GLA

People talking up their own investments on AIM :-o For me the catalyst here is the amount of stock now in the BOD's hands and the fact they've done a sizeable raise which tells me they are ready to really kick start proceedings. MTR's involvement is a catalyst in itself both in SP and probably for the BOD to get a move on. Don't forget they were purchasing in the open market as well which is a huge vote of confidence. Finally the price of GOLD is on the rise. Makes sense to really crack on with things into a rising GOLD price as the news will be looked on much more favourably than it would if GOLD was stuck at the lows.

Important thing with this stock is we have only 10mil shares. That's TINY. Account for the fact that around 59% are held by sticky hands with notifiable holdings then the share count is even more minuscule. It provides a very good recipe for massive rises. Especially given the sector we are in. GOLD. Which at present is acting very bullishly and is set to continue with price of gold looking very healthy on the chart. When you take into account figures like 15-20mil oz are been banded about and you also take into account the market cap its easy to see how this one could multi-bag quite easily. I personally think the market will really start to take notice as we head towards £1. At the moment its the early birds taking there seats ready for the ride and by the looks of the sells seen since the strong rise on Friday it would appear holders aren't going anywhere at these tiddler offers on the bid. If your in then well done and if your looking for an entry look very closely as I don't expect it to be too long before this really takes off.

More likely going places. 59% out of public hands. Talks of 15-20mil oz in recent interview. MTR buying on open market. Directors buying stock. Signs are there.

Here is to a good week here. Would be nice to get rid of a few weak holders and let a few new holders on board in this range but I get the feeling shares are very tightly held :) 59% roughly are off market leaving around 4mil of the 10mil shares in issue available. Get your shares and hold on to them for dear life as you may not be able to get them back once you sell. 5mil oz gold. BRING IT ON.

In auction now. Important not to get carried away here though with excitement. STill early days and at the moment this is simply a slight correction occurring from over sold levels. Some consolidation in this area would be nice now before the next leg up. Personally not touching these until I see £1 where i may take a few off. Fact is though that we are drilling for 5mil oz which leaves me wondering where on earth the SP could go to with positive sentiment and news flow.
