Positive results today and I for one am pleased with the way in which the RNS was written and the level of detail given to investors. What is highlighted in this report is the idea that results should get much stronger in the following quarters. Going from todays notes we can deduce the following. GOLD- New annual targets of 70,000oz which equals 17,500 oz per quarter. ASA also plans to get gold costs as low as $950oz. With current gold price being $1350-400 we will take lower end value of $1350. That means ASA are in line to make $400 per oz of gold. $400 x the 17,500 oz they plan to produce equates to $7million. So over a year that would mean ASA will make 4x7mil= $28mil just from GOLD per year. Thats INSANE given the mcap. NICKEL- C3 costs targeted at between $5000/6000 per ton (call it $5500/t). "BNC produces nickel in concentrate and realises approximately 65% of the market price". With the average price at the moment been around $10,500/t we should realise a price of $6825 (65% of 10,500). On this basis ASA make $6825-$5500=$1325/t. Tonnes sold in the quarter just gone were 1493 so going by those figures ASA would make 1493 tons sold x $1325 profit per ton = $2mil so over 1 year that would mean ASA make $2milx4quarters= $8mil Even though NICKEL profits aren't as high as first suspected the profits from it would be enough to support the current SP. With GOLD and NICKEL combined (not to mention diamonds) ASA stand to make $36mil profits per year which converted in to pounds comes to just shy of £28mil. One can work out the value of a company like ASA by mining profits per year by around 7 to come to a fair value for the company meaning fair value for ASA is arguably $196mil. Quits astounding considering the current market cap is a measly £14mil. ASA wil be making double that in 1 year.

Good day here folks. Happy for news to come but I believe it will be the light to the fuse rather than the actual launch of the rocket. Expecting the market to really cotton on to the companies strong fundamentals here and this to build into the set of results that should factor in the 1350 gold price. If we can also get our costs per oz down to 950 an ounce than we are looking at some very good results to come.

Looking good. Remember this is a mid-long term hold. Recent results will be good but the better results should follow later on. The current price still largely represents ASA producing at low metal prices hence bringing in low returns. All that is changing and the market is often late to catch on. Only a few will have this on their radar and know how undervalued this looks. Its pretty simple maths but most won't even do that. If GOLD + Nickel continue to rise then I will continue to hold this as the bottom line will only get better. GLA. Exciting times ahead.

Thats just from gold. Also worth noting that they intent to get gold costs down to $950-1000per oz so at $950per oz that would be an extra $8.5mil for ASA per year. Nickel - all in costs at $6818. Current Nickel price is $10650/t meaning ASA makes 3832per/t/ ASA sold 6613t so that is 6613tx$3832=$25mil With GOLD and Nickel combined that works out to $45mil per year. The company is currently valued at just shy of 12mil. In theory we could estimate real share value by x 7 profits per year which would be $315million mcap. Translated in to �'s and thats around �240mil mcap. So by those calcs i make this a 20bagger. Thats assuming prices stay the same. Gold and Nickel have established a strong uptrend and its long over due so prices could soar much higher which would leave ASA in an astounding position. Even at current prices ASA looks a very attractive buy down here.

Agree don't believe what you read on Twitter but from what I gather news is due. Whether news is next week means very little. Investors are buying this on the basis thats its been knocked down and is due to recover in line with rising metal prices. Simple as that. I wouldn't worry about exact dates news is due. Just know that by normal regs it has to be fairly soon.

There's that delayed buy I was talking about.

Price action suggests background buyer. Lets see if some delayed buys pop up. Some sells though and price holds and ask price increases which tells me background buyer.

Take your time. Do your research. Plenty left in this and not the type of share that will do 100% in a day. A nice slow burner but a multi-bagger non the less. Gearing up for a big move but time yet to load this IMO. This will be off the radar for most so we are the lucky ones that have done the math early and get to buy real value.

Market starting to catch on to how undervalued this beauty is. 0.85p is resistance and a break of that leaves blue skies ahead.

Also worth noting that they intent to get gold costs down to $950-1000per oz so at $950per oz that would be an extra $8.5mil for ASA per year. Will be interesting to see how low they get costs down to and whether they can increase the amount of oz's they are producing. Makes sense to push to produce more while price of gold is more attractive now.

As of 31st March we had 7.5mil cash. Since then ASA should be literally raking in large sums of cash from its operations given todays Gold and Nickel prices so I believe a placing is unlikely. This was priced taking in to account low Nickel and Gold prices and falling cash reserves as a result. The market is yet to really factor in rising metal prices and what that will do for ASA profits. Cash should be growing quite nicely right now and the next results should show a good cash build. The results to follow that should be even better.

Slight mistake in my post. Its actually just a 20bagger not a 24bagger. Worked out how many bags in regards to having a 10mil mcap when we have a 12mil mcap or just shy of. Still... 20 bags will do for the old PF.

I do also. Chart looks primed. A break of that 0.85p area could really open this is and with price consolidating just below it and expected good news on the way we should have no trouble breaking out.

Exactly. This may be a slow burner in terms of AIM but it could be one of those that slowly burns in to a 10bagger. Fag packet calculations suggest it could well do that and if metal prices continue to go up we are on to a real winner. Life changing for some.

Looking good here. Getting ready for the next leg. Just the start of what could be a HUGE re-rate. Next results should really highlight how undervalued this company is.

Brilliant day today. Last RNS absorbed and the next set of results should put a rocket up this one. Fag packet calcs could well value this around a 100 mil. There is serious room for upside here if metals continue rising as they are. Very exciting prospect.

It is indeed a screaming buy. Would have been nice for the BOD to define the next item of news forthcoming so the market would have clear understanding of the next steps. Apart from that I see no reason for this to fall apart from profit taking and panic selling but fundamentally this should rise and rise well IMO.. Happy to sit and wait for more news to come.

Time to see what the SP here can really do. Let the sell on news brigade do their thing and lets see how this develops over coming days and weeks.
