Granted we need some good results but their is a reason IMO that the BOD were so keen to load up 57% of stock here. Our interests are aligned and I think the BOD will do/ have been doing everything they can to get some juicy grades to the market.

CGNR forming a nice base form these levels. Unfortunately most investors don't know that the real money is made on the anticipation of results. CGNR is weeks away from receiving drill results for a prospective area in which the market anticipates that they may find GOLD. Backed up by the BOD taking 57% of shares. Do they know something we don't or are they just chancing it? You'll find the money in the hot seat rarely chances that kind of money. More to this than meets the eye IMO. Signs are there. MTR's average is 28p and they'll be wanting a serious return on investment. CGNR is acting exactly how I would want it to act in anticipation of results. 60p pre news is easily doable IMO and if we get some juicy grades then skies the limit. 10 mil shares in free float. 4mil actually available to buy. Basing nicely around this area now ready for the next leap. When the next wave of buyers arrive than watch this move QUICK.

Sound like your agreeing with me mate. I mentioned the small raise made a few weeks ago and said it was to pay wages and keep things ticking over. I want to see a good cash raise to show the company mean business otherwise investors may feel another 250k placing isn't far off. I'm not meaning to sound like i'm putting the share down. Was just an observation and a suggestion that the BOD should get a decent placing out the way. I said nothing to imply BOD couldn't buy due to it being a closed period so unsure why you assumed that? Anyway I understand emotions are attached so i'll say no more. Was merely making the point that a good cash raise may do KDR some favours. Look at CGNR for example. Recently did a sizeable cash placing in which BOD took a decent chunk and now the market is getting behind it. I have my eye on this for now and will have another proper look when I get back from my business trip. When I had a look last time it fitted most of my investment criteria. Just needs a good raise IMO and a more clearly defined strategy and I think it could do very well. Enjoy your weekend.

Think logically. Why release news when GOLD is in decline. Surely better to release news on back drop of a rising gold price while the share price is at rock bottom. It's given the BOD the chance to acquire 57% of the company. Not great for investors that have been in this a while but this is AIM and you need to stay ahead of the game. When they did the large cash placing and took a sizeable chunk I knew it would be go time here. That's why I was keen to buy and hold. Finally getting on people's radars now and dips are being heavily bought. Momentum is with us now and I'm expecting a very good run in to results.

This one needs a good cash raise IMO. 250k raises are to pay salaries/ keep solvent. A 1mil cash raise would indicate BOD are actually ready to get things moving here esp if they took some stock in a large placing.

To answer your question and previous questions. Drilling usually takes between 6-8weeks so expect news mid -end of July. Its position taking time ahead of what are expected to be positive results hence the recent surge in volume and subsequent SP rise. We are fully funded for the foreseeable future. The BOD took a sizeable amount in the recent large cash raise of 1MIL GBP with MTR also taking 8% in placing and on the open market. Due to 57% of shares been out of public hands and in the hands of the BOD/MTR I would imagine they would be reluctant to raise again unless at a much higher price. Get some juicy market pleasing GOLD results out and a few bags first before considering raising more here maybe next year. Thats what I like most about this share. Shareholders are aligned with the BOD so all want to see this company prosper and I believe strongly that it will. Fortunately for us, administrative expenses are low so the majority of the cash will be spent on exploration and lots can be done with near 1MIL cash. Exciting times ahead for shareholders.

I get the feeling the BOD may have already done that. Crafty though it may be its a confidence filler when near 60% of stock are out of public hands. The last placing was a sizeable one and a lot of stock was taken by the BOD and MTR who also bought on open market. The drill is in the ground. Perhaps they have a feeling that we may get some bonza results. Excited with this one.

Sorry but it makes no sense to acquire 60% of the company only to carry on diluting. Recent raise was a big one which shows intent. Combine that with rising gold price and you do get the feel that its time to really kick start proceedings here. From a slightly corrupt/ selfish view point (welcome to AIM) what better time for BOD to pull finger out than at rock bottom prices owning 60% of stock with GOLD on the bounce. Know the Game.

Expecting another RTO if Portage Biotech being lined up do we know? I vowed not to partake in another RTO but this looks appealing.

In the world of AIM it wouldn't surprise me if that shares magazine write up was commissioned by the BOD. Allow them to load up cheap which is what they eventually did. 60% out of public hands. Nothing to see here. Not saying it was but don't take everything on face value and certainly don't base an investment decision on an article written 2 years ago. You never know the agendas behind these articles. Much better to research the company and look at the investment case for yourself. Kev you really do need to keep things about CGNR but I will engage with you once more. SAV was a re-visit for me after making 3bags on it first time around. Second time around I admittedly lost money and called it wrong. Thought it would do well on JORC but DA didn't deliver. My re-visit was probably more for emotional reasons after doing so well on it first time around. Bad call from me and I sold out when I realised something wasn't right and my bullish stance on the share I had invested a good amount in was wrong. Lost around 25% and admittedly I have learnt (and made) a lot since then. I've bagged NEW, AFPO, HNR, HNL, SBLM, XTR, CEB, NCT, HUN, GCM after that call but I don't see you mention those?... Thats just off the top of my head. Calling more right than I get wrong is the reason I do this full time. SAV was about 20months ago. Keep up will you Kev and stop mentioning calls I made 20 months ago and concentrate on your own trading. All the best.

Reading the comments on this board its easy to see who concentrates on winning and who concentrates on winners. Welcome to AIM folks. Some buy in way to early while GOLD price is in free fall and some buy in just as it seems GOLD is on the bounce right at the bottom of the cycle. Their are mechanics to this market and you have to read them with a keen eye. What better time to invest in a company when the SP has been bashed down, the gold price is on the rise and the BOD are loading in BIG. Keep emotions out of trading and look at the facts and you may start winning as oppose to watching winners. I personally think it was a shrewd move of the BOD to hold off drilling whilst GOLD was in free fall.. At least with GOLD rising their is positive sentiment around GOLD stocks so what better time to hit the ground running. The last placing showed real intent both with the amount raised and the amount of shares purchased by MTR and the BOD. Lets look at the facts here- -57% of shares out of public hands -Funded -GOLD on RISE -Huge prospective resource -Drill in the ground (plent of news incoming) -Sentiment building -10mil shares in issue -Tiny SP -BOD take moderate salaries (big plus IMO) Successful AIM trading for me is about ticking off a list and IMO CGNR ticks all the boxes which is why I chose to invest at these levels and at this period in time. Leave emotions out folks and concentrate on the story and prospects now as they are flipping good. I have had a few people message me personally asking about this one and saying they are looking for entry so there are definitely people on the side lines waiting to take your cheap shares should you decide to sell. For now it's about taking a position and just sitting and waiting. One to keep a close eye on and the excitement is certainly building around the stock which is a good sign.
