Asos: Green shoots accelerating, says Peel Hunt26 Mar 2026 05:17
After rebuilding its offer, Asos is now heading towards its next milestone of revenue growth, says Peel Hunt.
Analyst John Stevenson reiterated his ‘add’ recommendation and target price of 300p on the on online fast fashion retailer, which was trading up 13.9% at 241p after reporting a 50% half-year profit jump and reaffirmed guidance for the full year.
‘Asos is now seeing customer growth in key markets, improvements in womenswear growth rates, and increased engagement in the app,’ said Stevenson.
‘Asos remains on track to hit full-year guidance of £150-180m Ebitda, with our estimate unchanged at £156m.’
Stevenson said the ‘green shoots are building’ at the group, with new customer growth coming through in each of the top four markets.
‘Having rebuilt the offer, supply chain, and customer experience, Asos is actively re-engaging with customers, which is starting to feed in to key performance indicators,’ he said.
‘A return to revenue growth is the next milestone.’
