It depends on whether Scancell has completed pre-clinical work on this particular mAb.
If the answer is yes, then presumably the 1st milestone may be completion of phase 1 trial.
I guess starting the phase 1 will depend on Genmab's workload and how important they see this trial.

Not yet, bobbust, and Avidimab only applies to the Covidity trial at present.
However, it should soon also be included in the Scib1/CI trial when iSCIB1+ is introduced.

It is possible that Avidimab could extend its patent life and increase its efficacy.

Maybe Lindy is involved in far more important events than a proactive interview :-)

The SP definitely went into the 60s not long after Moditope was announced back in 2012, but from memory the SP retraced back sharply from the high of the day

They surely have to hit the donkey's bum sometime :-)

Three things stand out for me:

1 The much slower off-rate. I assume this is a measure of how long the mAb stays bound to the target (in this case a tumour cell)

2 The much higher proliferation.
This is in the "iSEA-CD40G1 vs parental SEA-CD40G1 in B cell proliferation" part of the poster

3 "validation in other immune co-agonists that rely on clustering for activity and/or
checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs) that rely on increased residence time"
If Avidimab shows excellent results for checkpoint inhibitors, that would be a definite bonus (possibly a huge bonus)

Actually, having done a little more research, I think I was right about CAR-T being a cell therapy.
This is because it involves taking T-Cells from a patient and then re-engineering the T-Cell receptors.

The bispecific antibodies could attract T Cells that are naturally occurring in the body, or they might attract engineered T Cells (Cell Therapy)

I guess cell therapy includes

1 mediating a CAR-T attack
2 bispecific mAbs that mediate a conventional T-Cell attack

That must make the deal even better since it excludes the CAR-T element, and leaves open another possible deal down the line with a company that is expert in CAR-T technology.
For the bispecific mAbs, Scancell have already announced that they will be conducting a clinical trial in this area.

Who knows, Lindy might also have seen the odd melting away of a tumour

It certainly seems to be a sign that Cohort 2 has had no problems and the trial is set to continue into the next phase

Here's hoping for many more Groundhog Days :-)
