As Lindy stated at the AGM, it is not possible to tell at this stage whether new cash raises will be required.
It depends on deals done on Glymabs and Avidimab, upfront payments and stage payments.
Possibly there may also be a deal on Covidity.

It certainly seems to be a sign of confidence in Modi1 by Lindy.
Give emphasis to the monotherapies by starting them before the combination therapies.

I remember Lindy's initial view on Moditope was that it would not need a CI to work. So perhaps the general approach may be to try monotherapy first. For any patient not responding, perhaps it would be possible, under the right circumstances, to switch them to the equivalent combination group.

IMO, this points to a possible new Moditope vaccine to target melanoma.
I'm guessing that Scancell did the research jointly with the company mentioned.

The other reason for quickly filling the Ovarian cancer cohort may be because there is no cohort for ovarian cancer in combination with a CPI. Presumably this is because CPIs have not been approved for ovarian cancer.

Other musings:

Cohort 3 is also underway (low dose of Modi1 with a CPI) although, from memory, we haven't had a first patient dosed RNS for this cohort

As I understand it, cohorts 1 and 2 were both allowed to go into the next stage having treated only 3 patients, whereas the trial designed allowed for 3-6. This has got to be a good sign.

I think it will just be chaos if and when a positive RNS on Modi1 is issued.
As chester says, if 3/3 patients are getting a partial tumour response or even 2/3, then all bets are off.
We may even have some very early indications from the monotherapy cohorts.
